I need to order Brahmi was hoping to find it in a local store.
I use 10,000 mcg biotin liquid directly on my scalp every day but I also use a lot of other stuff. Coffee, hibiscus tea, MSM, sage, rosemary, ginger, fenugreek, rice water, Black Jamaican Castor oil, and Cocoa. I'm not sure what is causing my hair to grow. Plus I stopped combing my hair. I only use water to wash my hair once a month. I use my fingers to detangle my hair every four months. If you do the math, your hair sheds 50 to 100 strands every day. If you stop combing your hair will retain length. On average your hair grows half an inch every month. Technically we should all grow 6 inches of hair every year. I keep my hair in a pineapple protective style. Braids and twist tangle my hair up and create single strand knots (I keep my hair in a loose pineapple covered with a doo-rag...lol). I apply water and oils with a baby dropper directly to my scalp. I use sesame seed oil and rosemary oil to the ends of my hair every day. I'm open to all suggestions. I was using a silk scarf but it kept falling off my head...lol contact me if you have any suggestions. I'm adding this stuff to my hair care regiment next month:

To get your silk scarf to stay, try Naptural85’s method for tying a scarf. That helped me a lot. You could also try a bonnet.
And your regimen sounds great. All those things are probably contributing to your growth in their own way. I never thought of using cocoa! I would love to smell chocolatey tbh lol
