Some great saves and goalkeepers but is that all of the first team goalies as there are a lot of them
Neil, would you incorporate hurdles work or plyos in the warm up or do they get enough rep from physical-tech exercises? Thanks!
why do they utilize their bottom hand for high diving saves? I'm used to seeing top hand to push instead of bottom hand to flick over.
I think it's just a thing someone does from a young age also it can just be the situation or how high the ball is
+JayBiggz it really depends on the coach the top hand is more a german style and european put if they can get to it both work, just look at Ochoa
