This is one of the most frustrating pieces of equipment I ever owned! never been able to cut a proper circle, much less a complex shape. I have seen all your videos on the playlist. and nothing works, even on the calibration. the system only gives me up to -2 and 2- and on the A-B probably need -3 and -2.something on the 1-2 side....is there a proper factory reset?
Hi EllyMae, I'm wondering if you can tell me if the bar that goes across the front of the Cameo Pro 4 with the guides and roller clips on it.....should the left side of the bar be able to move up and down if you put pressure on it?????
enough for the design to be all distorted. I definetely think It's the issue because that's the only thing I've neglected as I didn't have knowledge, I just thought I could put the big cursor anywhere. @@SilhouetteSecrets

Are you doing print and cut? That is the only thing Calibration is for.
@@SilhouetteSecrets i tried print and cut. Dxf and designs made in the software. Shapes are somewhat ok buh text is super bad

Yes, in general, if you put pressure on it, it's going to move. How much does it move?
