@@freeminded7790 is not easy especially in my case I got deported for life after living in the USA 33 years since I was 7. To come back to Mexico at 39 is not simple I have a different way of thinking I struggle with jobs in Three years living in Mexico I been thru easily 20 jobs I quit all of them. The people talk to much shit and nonsense a job here is way different than in the States. I just want to show up and work and to be left alone and they don't respect that. My living condition is not bad my Dad owns a property were we have 5 small apartments when I came here 3 years ago we only had 3 I finish two more so I get money from there and when I decide to look for job I'm making decent money. My main struggle besides drugs my family when I got here they told me they will follow me the first 5 months I had contact with my three kids and my ex wife. From one day to another they stop answering my calls till like a month when by the wife had a new boyfriend what hurts a little bit is my kids there 20, 17 and 8 how my two older kids don't talk to me, my son won't even answer my calls I stop calling them my daughter sometimes sends me messages but won't answer calls in my case I lost everything. I try to be positive my first 5 months in Mexico I finish two small apartments for the past two years and half I been trying to build two more apartments I can't I haven't gave up but at this point I feel empty I don't care anymore I do believe in God but I totally stop praying I still try to be positive I wish I find a good path the one thing I'm less suicidal than before.

What's funny is there are a couple lines in here that I'm like "How on earth did you also have this experience?" I relate to them so viscerally. The line "...and when you got back from your flight, it was the first thing we did" happened to me. I mean, I was the one coming back, but she picked me up from the airport and it was the first thing we did. And the bit "you keep your eyes on me" garners a visual of the first time this same person and I were together, and she just locked eyes with me as things ended and we fell asleep, and I'll never forget that look. One of the most romantic and connected moments I've ever felt in my life.
I realize this is all TMI, but I thought it was interesting that you have a "I can't relate to this and love it anyway" reaction, and I felt like this almost written for a specific relationship I once had.
