something i like about cas is that everything sound the same yet different. some people will never appreciate that; some people will never make a whole ass playlist containing just their songs and will call it "free therapy". they are the only band who make songs that sounds alike which is suitable for someone like me who is perfectionist. i love that it sounds alike because, like, wdym i can listen to these songs like a one whole 3-hour song? IDK IF I'M MAKING ANY SENSE. but, it's just awesome, you know? i'm a very organized person, and when i make playlists, i want songs that have the same sound; i want the consistency of feeling that this particular song gave me the idea to make this playlist - thus me needing to find the vibe of that song from other songs. cas makes it easy. cas is the most convenient band there is. feeling sad? cas. feeling empty? sighs, cas. wanting peace in the crowd? fine, u again. u don't wanna think? there is cas. reading? studying? walking? EVERYTHING U FCKING DO, U CAN COMBINE IT WITH CAS.

I like to search obituaries in the Find a Grave website and seeing old pictures of people who died young in the 1980s or the 1990s as I listen to music of this kind. It makes me feel like connecting with a lost track of their lives and bringing it back to live in a sad and melancholic way. Love the connection that this slow tempo music can have with lost memories.

6 minutes of pure art. I think this might me my new fav from them. Kinda sounds like a mix of 'You're the only good thing in my life' and 'Heavenly' with a slight mix of 'Cry', so good. Listening to CAS make me awaken certain feelings I never knew I had. This band therefore holds a special place in my heart for bringing me this much joy while listening to them. @@jcw8719 absolutely not. Maybe suttle experiments, but the overall melody and sound shouldn't be changed at all in my opinion. The sound and melodies they use truly makes CAS so special and one of a kind. This is also the reason they have gained such a devoted and dedicated community in the first place.

let's agree, this track sounds like "do it. take a risk, don't be afraid. because what will you lose if you don't try?" and it also sounds like two lovers who still cannot confess to each other, although they are spinning in a slow dance. it is so beautiful.

cas saved my life I been struggling with major depression for a few years and I remember exactly when I discovered cas I was crying over a boy and I just went on yt to try and clear my head and the song apocalypse was the 2nd video recommended and I clicked on it and I literally started crying more on how good the song was LOL but really thank u for saving my life without you I would have been gone already. It's amazing the feelings that this band awakens. It's escaping from a post-apocalyptic bombardment of sadness encapsulated in a cyberpunk utopia but in the background where the gloom is still visible there is a bit of hope covered with a huge nostalgia. It is the surrealism of something that was going to happen but didn't happen as expected.

CAS’s songs make me feel many different emotions. some days i will feel sad listening to them. some days i will listen to them and it makes me smile to the point where a happy tear falls down my face, and some days it makes me feel relieved. listening to them over the past year or 2, each song has been with me through thick and thin. the songs that used to make me sad put me into this calm realm because i know that those rough times didn’t last forever. knowing i can fall asleep to their music is a big thing for me cause i can finally feel free.

I just found out that “Bubblegum” and “Stop waiting” are two songs that were recorded in December 2015 in Brooklyn, NY. I thought they were two new songs but they were recorded at the same time as their very first album and certainly never released.

I’m pretty sure he says she is rubbing sunscreen on her “breasts”….not dress. It wouldn’t make sense that she would rub sunscreen on a dress. Plus, if she is cutting a swimsuit off….she would be naked. Not fully clothed in a dress. Therefore, she is rubbing sunscreen on her naked skin (breasts) 😊.

stumbled and drowned in heartache. I lost everything in these 2 years haha. first i lost work, then chased by debt here and there, had time to think about ending everything by freefalling from the bridge with my beloved motorcycle. basically I'm messy, my body is not well groomed, I let my hair and beard grow long, I'm stressed eating until I get fat. until finally I decided to sell my motorbike to pay off my debts, last month I finally got to work in a factory and I started to go to a gym. Don't give up fellas, life has its ups and downs. you fall doesn't mean it will end there, it's like the thing that makes you hurt and sore is the thing that will make you stronger and become a foothold for you to jump higher.
