This is delicious! So easy. I had all the ingredients and made it last night. Hubby approves as well. This is definitely a keeper! Can’t wait for the new cookbook in December 💕
If I double the recipe, do I add baking time? AND..I’m using a sm cast iron ( I think 4in??? ) with parchment, is that okay??? I’m kind of lost , much help needed…😂🤷🏻♀️
If you're using a small 4-inch cast iron, that will still only make 2 servings. Did you want 4 servings? Then you would probably need a 6 inch pan. I do like the idea of lining with parchment...
Bocha Sweet totally upsets my intestines, even worse than Maltitol. It also re-crystallized when refrigerated. I think I’ll stick with a blend of Swerve and Lakanto, because it’s way too expensive to have to deal with those drawbacks. Thanks for sharing, though. I’ve already preordered your new cookbook and can’t wait to receive it to add to my other ones.

It's a bit pricy, but I keep a bit on hand for recipes that specifically call for it, because it has a unique effect on texture and taste in those instances. Same thing with Allulose and Xylitol.

Yes that's fine but keep in mind that xylitol does spike people some. And it's very toxic to dogs.
