This is the only video of all of youtube to fix any issue. I have browsed every video and nothing helped. My Xbox was stuck on a blank green screen without any Xbox logo. It would make a sound for trouble shooting and even log in and i could navigate the menu without seeing it with the help from my fiancée. I managed to clear my cache and then managed to the pull the trouble shoot menu without actually seeing it due to the green screen still there on the screen. I then followed his sequence to restart my system through the troubleshooting menu. It now shows a visible screen. Thanks to this man, my Xbox is now preparing itself. 1,000,000,000 thumbs up to this video! He truly deserves it. Big thanks to you chief, take care and God bless!

Sometimes the frame around the port is bent downwards, take a fine screwdriver and carefully put it back in shape that was my problem and now it's as good as new.
Lol man, i just cleaned my xbox today and ofc there is no signal. I remembered that the iron frame is a little bit downwards around the port, i will try to put it back to its normal shape. If it will work you are a hero!
You're the man! My gf has been out of the game for months for a dumb reason, 1 of the gold pins in the port was crisscrossed over another instead of straight.

My Xbox 360 slim is weird. The other day I pulled my HDMI lead out of the back of my tv to plug my dvd player in to watch a dvd and when I plugged my Xbox back in I'm getting no signal whatsoever I've tried my HDMI cable on my sky box and it's perfect so I took it back to the shop and he says its fine there's nothing wrong with it.. Hey i'm going through all the comments to answer all of you're questions because the person who made this video is not, if your hdmi port is loose it's probs being plugged in and out a lot or if when its unplugged it's being wiggled, and unless you have the right equipment you will have to get someone to fix it for around 50-85$ hoped this helped.

Unplugging the power cord from the outlet after already having it unplugged from the xbox doesn't make any sense.

This helped me, what I did was unplugged everything and turned off the power outlet. I didn't need to erase my data.
