Hi! It's great that companies are open to interns for a win-win learning experience. What's next: Internships+ Returnships (This are targeted to professionals out of a full time job for longer periods). More importantly returnships make internships diverse and inclusive as internships are targeted to a homogeneous population: young early 20's freshly graduated from technical school/college/university. Imagine what the world could be if more experienced professionals had a second chance to return, upskill and fullfill their career and financial goals...❤ Thanks for opening doors to a rich, innovative, inclusive workforce.
