Not only are the honest, hard-working tax-payers left with the bill but they’re also the ones who are going to be punished when they want to ban guns, not the criminals

This is type of behavior is completely normal in a certain culture. Along with shootings, assaults, theft, robberies, car jacking, drive bys, gang shootings, pimping, hate crimes and not being able to read or do simple math. What a wonderful culture America is a more diverse and progressive place because of them.

This is a good start. Showing what happens after someone pulls the trigger, the aftermath. Bringing it in to the homes, so people can stop being so disconnected from this epidemic. Good coverage Fox 5👍

Do these numbers include people shot in self defense while trying to rob / attack / kill someone else?
This story is to vilify guns and gun ownership yet the news won't speak on the fact that it's hypocritical. The government wants to regulate and eventually ban guns here but then they are sending guns to Ukraine to help with a war we have nothing to do with.

Good thing activists effectively reduced APD by 30%. The last thing we need are cops getting violent criminals and illegal guns off the streets.
We should see this as an opportunity. That is, an opportunity for military surgeons to gain experience. The military sends some of its surgeons to a hospital in Oakland, CA for this purpose.

Too heart breaking.
Most of these people are poor and don't have insurance. They remove the bullets, patch them up, give them some pain pills and send them on their way. They don't "chill out" in a air-conditioning hospital for three nights. They are quickly discharged.
Many of these shooting victims are on Medicaid, so taxpayers get to pay for their hospital stays. 7 to 10 days in hospital is typical for bullet wounds and bills to Medicaid avg $25 to $30k. A lot more if they require home care when discharged.
No many DONT HAVE ANY INSURANCE!!!

Less cover-up new on gun violences perpetrators, Give more credits to saviors for their services they brought (Doctors treats victims, Police or vigilantes who take down such person and Firefighters) saving people's lives.
Well if you would keep the violent criminals in jail instead of giving them $1000 bail and a $10 gift card to McDonalds this wouldn't be a problem

You vote to let these Politicians flood your state with guns, while they get fat from the lobbyists and donor money. ( maybe send them the bill for the ER visit, maybe they’ll chip in for the funeral ) Or I guess there was / is voter anticipation and acceptance for the resulting potential increase in gun violence. As in many other liberal gun law, open carry states, it’s no longer a matter of if, it’s a matter of when. “…not free from consequences of choices we make” or the laws You vote in.
