Cool. Built mine on a 350 Extended high AWD, but I never considered carrying three bikes in it! I did use a Pit Bull trailer restraint, one of the best choices I made. The lift and bigger tires is still of unknown usefulness, but it looks great.
I will ABSOLUTELY follow this build, it looks a lot like what I want to build.
I alo prefer graf paper and cutouts for that fast and easy layout process, and found that just making the kitchen a bit less deep, I gain a lot of floorspace back, and fold out extensions give me the countertop space back when cooking
Yeah I went with a skinny depth on the kitchen and it’s working great

Looks like a great build. I had one of those KTM pens. It still works though. I bought a 7K Pen and they gave me a free dirt bike!

Nice... as for the self leveling caulking, I have a brandnew keystone bullet camper, they recommend getting up on the roof to inspect the condition of the seals minimum of 3 times a year. And your caulking job was a nicer job then the keystone builders did so nice work. 👍 can't wait to see more

Did you ever look at sectioning the back off and put a fixed bed over the top of the bikes so the bikes are in the own little area. Wall behind bed on top!
Aware of that layout? Yes. Consider it? Never. I think it’s the most terrible use of space. So many awkward things about a bed elevated that high and not mention how annoying it would be ducking to get the bikes out. Just wait. You’ll see!

I am putting a dual motorcycle hitch rack on the back of my boxtruck conversion. That way I can take two motorcycles with me. If you did a hitch you could do the same thing or pull a motorcycle trailer.
Kinda ruins the whole point of a Moto van if you ask me!
I prefer to keep my bikes inside to deter theft, keep things free of dirt and salt on the roads, and make loading super easy.
Oh but as for a trailer…they’re a pain!

I know I'm dating myself, but when I was a kid there was a show with the Hardy Boys. Teenage detectives. They had a Van with dirt bikes in the back and I dreamed of doing that one day. I did buy a van when I was 17, but it was custom with living and sleeping accommodations in the back. Moved to Sunny Florida and saved money by living in the van while working and ended up buying a street bike. It wasn't until I was in my 40s that I could afford two motorcycles and added a dual sport. I now have a truck with a camper shell, and a receiver carrier for the dual sport and have been all around the country camping and exploring. Go out and live your dreams.

I would recommend to use Onshape for cad design .. full featured 3D MCAD that runs on browser or mobile .. free if you are willing to create public models.

Doesn't seem like anyone on UA-cam who uses Battleborn equipment actually has to pay for it. They make great stuff though.
Your thought process is a bit flawed I think! The common person doesn’t make UA-cam videos as much as….UA-camrs. So naturally you’ll see a lot more sponsored videos for these products. I have numerous friends who use battle born and absolutely love them! Actually you can see another transit box van in the background of a couple shots. That’s my buddy who’s been living out of vans for 7 years now full time and uses them.
