Great review as always! For this chapter, I'll admit that I'm actually torn. It had great moments like those lines from Yona, the darkening of Kouka, and Hak seeing Su-Won again, but at the same time, I feel like not much happened. When I really go through it, Yona told Zeno she wouldn't kill him and made an effort to see the dragons (which she already did) and Hak saw Su-Won. More than anything, I see this chapter as a stepping stone for when it all really hits the fan. I'm not sure if it's because I expected next chapter (I'm assuming they'll show the dragons then) to be this chapter, so my excitement level dropped or what. Even what you're mentioning about Hak going through so much and suffering, I feel like that would be shown more in a later chapter as we see his reaction to that. I can't call this a filler since the information is important, but I almost wish that less of the panels were without dialogue so that we could combine this one with where the tougher talks/meetings/etc. begin. Also, I just finished watching Black Clover and realized that I did it to myself again since it's also just continued through mangas. I'm not sure if I've just missed the videos or not, but have you reviewed that show?

I feel like a lot of the fights that play out in kengan are kinda like how they are in real life which is matchup based. Tho a fight may be high diff for one character maybe low diff for another which to me is what makes kengan great

I'm confused it's almoust as ramon Was supposed to be 2 different character: 1 the first time we see the guy, he Was an old school martial artis, with his werd spiritual element aganst sakegake, his epitet as the doomsday messenger are coerent with this and then 2 the second caracter, the moment he started the fight with loolong he just became killer ex military dude who learned krav maga from a guy, no explanation for the epitet or his pride martial artist dominer

Off rip i think this shits ass pretty much on par with Sakigake vs Justin Overall tournament pretty obvious outcomes for the most part most fights have been disappointing, so far no upsets with winners, almost nothing interesting really happened throughout all the fights the new guys were all completely useless didn’t even prove worthiness of being in a tournament for the best of the best personally would’ve rather had two new guys and filled in the third with idk Rei, Waka someone more interesting This chapter ehh pretty lame predictable, no diff pretty uninteresting. Ill say Good art decent choreography and the only real good thing is we gets Lolong vs Agito so hopefully thats… well personally the best fight in Omega along with the finale to save this tournament because idk i found Beserker Bowl more interesting than this tournament. Hope next chapter is more interesting maybe we pan to Ohma and them more interested in that and this so far

Look Griever, with all due respect I like your videos and all, however I have to disagree with this one. You seriously have a hate boner towards Dr. Vegapunk. Cut the man some slack! Sure he’s smart in other areas of expertise but he’s not the most perfectly intelligent man on the planet. He’s only human and makes mistakes and everybody makes mistakes. It happens to a lot of people whether it’s reality or fictional stories. What about Robert Downy Jr’s Iron Man in the MCU. He mistakenly made Ultron thinking that it would make the world a better place to protect society from threats and he didn’t know it would rebel against him, the Avengers, and the rest of humanity after Ultron peaked into the history of humanity and their flaws & evil deeds. You didn’t complain or criticize about the MCU’s Iron Man’s egotistical behavior and bad decision making but only Vegapunk’s bad decisions in the video but OK, it’s your video. Also, you say that Akainu has no blood on his hands, even though he killed Ace in front of Luffy, killed numerous people at Ohara, the island where Nico Robin was raised, and killed a fellow marine because he defied his orders. Not to mention he almost killed Coby, another fellow marine. Yes, I know Akainu was doing his job and he has these philosophies and ideologies about absolute justice believing that all pirates are evil and marines are just, but sometimes he does do things too far. I mean killing a bunch of people all because they were trying to escape their island because they were doing research on the Void Century due to it being taboo according to the World Government is a little excessive.

Problem is People want or expect to be astounded again by the novelty of Kengan Asura again. Dudes want to come with the same expectation of Omega being identical to Asura or the same feeling it gave them. Asura gave your the framework of basic kengan formula and of course coming into Omega you've already been exposed to the novelty of that formula that ironically your expecting it to be the same or want it . Don't Get me wring the same premise and fundamental of the formula is there in Omega as asura

Or perhaps Zeno waited for the best occasion? In the beginning Yona needed fighters to keep Hak alive and survive, then to deal with problems that Kouka had with neighbors and Zeno makes his move right after the biggest country, the biggest threat is defeated. Maybe he wanted to help her up to some point after which he could feel she has a good possibility of being ok without his help or/and other dragons?

Excellent chapter!!! I also did not expect Yona and Zeno to disappear and I hate seeing Hak suffer yet again, though I had the inkling Yona could sacrifice herself. I thought that the next chapter would be about her talking to the dragon gods, but maybe that'll happen later. I'm still not really happy about visible holes in the visions/timeline and also Yona causing the loop in the first place not being brought up (?), but there's so much to unpack otherwise. Really liked your take on Zeno's position and Yona's take on it as well. So many things happened, seeing Soo-Won rush past all the rubble and then Hak rushing up to Soo-Won and confiding in him first was unexpected and great. The last talk those two had had ended on a worrying note but clearly there's still more to be said between them and Mundok will probably calm them down. And yeah Mundok was great this chapter. I was scared he would die but maybe he'll have more to say about the situation. Since Ik-Soo made a cameo I can imagine he'll be relevant later.

Hak kept the medallion that is the door to this other world we don’t know about. Soo Won also has Hiryuu’s blood, so they could combine both elements and open the portal again. At this point, I really want to know if Hak is involved in the prophecy in some way, because it’s not possible that everyone around him (Yona, Zeno, Shin Ah, Jae Ha, Ki Ja, Soo Won) are connected to the legend of the dragons, and he’s the only one who for some reason remains the one who suffers and is left behind. The prophecy is being fulfilled right now and he has one of the elements that is part of it. He’s already in on it, so I want to know what his role will be in this whole magical stuff. I enjoyed the chapter too, after reaching this climax, I hope the manga only goes up from now on (I'm using the translator, sorry if there's any mistake)

JUST. VANISH INTO THIN AIR??!?!?? Uncalled for. Also I really like your take on the fact that Zeno heavily misinterpreted the prophecy and kind of lost it. And that the reason he starts backpedaling is because he has no clue what will happen with the chalice in Yona’s possession. However, the only thing that's brushed over in my opinion, is that Yona still has to come to the realization that she's at fault for the reincarnations? Is that ever going to be mentioned??? I doubt it, but oh well.

Hey, first. Also love how this shows how haki can be stored for a long period of time. Another plus is this should definitively put the argument of whether people can infuse projectiles with haki down. I wonder what the limits of this is. Could luffy store haki in his scarf to use later? Could this be the key to black blades, that they have an internal source of power incase you need it? Could usopp store haki in all his projectiles and keep his own haki stored up?
