Destiny might not hold much interest for me anymore, but Ticuus will always be the best feeling weapon I have ever used in any game. <3

Ticcu's is my current favorite weapon. I started using it again in PvE before the jerf and after the bow nerf I saw Ticcu's rising to the top. Gave it a whirl in PvP and love it. What took me a bit is learning when to hip fire and when to use like a regular bow. Honestly, if you're with your team, using it like a regular bow team firing is the way to go. The ease of use if you get separated or the ceiling with double kills (or the one triple in a well of radiance) is amazing!

I surprisingly had a LOT of fun unlocking the catalyst when this thing first dropped and my taste for bows has drastically changed since they got added. Ticuu's is a REALLY fun team weapon (I mean bows are great team weapons in general but Ticuu's is great for a set and spike playstyle) but after testing a few bows since the precision bow buff I HIGHLY recommend people look into Pre Nastyinax the GM NF bow. It was my favorite solar bow when it first dropped and got a perk refresh this season. I know we got a LOT of bow options this season, destiny sentiment isn't great, and the bow fanbase is low as is but I strongly recommend people look into this one.

Regarding the intro, a montage of single kills with a weapon isn't that impressive. Not trying to be a hater.

I came back to this video and you was absolutely right about ticuus being a new terror on the block on the right hands that is. Can even outperform Monarque and I took time to vouch for what I have seen and learned. I'm mad I never gave it s chance until now.

Raconteur was already 1 head 1 body, but it took 2 perfect draws. Do you know if those times I miss a perfect draw on Ticcu's with the sacred flame explosion will now kill or are they still 1-shot?

Yeah... am still disappointed. Still not going to use bows until we get some real change. But how the game is going probably will quit playing before that happens.

What are your thoughts on disruption break? I main rat king and have been waiting for a disruption break bow to pair with it for years (didnt play last season so missed out on the last one).

Ngl I also have enlightened action as a go to perk for bows since it helps with reload and doesn't require headshots. All around great bow

My biggest gripe with this bow is that i cant pair it with a glaive. Bow + glaive is my bread and butter of destiny

Do you have a tutorial on aim canceling? I dropped a hipfire archers gambit with low base draw speed. I'm a bow main but used to ADS for full shot. Can't wrap my head around canceling to get AG going.

Its a SMALL buff but its better than nothing. I will die on the hill that bows not only need a few buffs but the way easier to use options need multiple nerfs. You cannot as a dev that allegedly cares about your sandbox continue to say you want to "bring skill back to crucible" "have a healthy sandbox" & "make it easier for players to understand how they died to learn from it" and leave weapons with overtuned aim assist cones with around a optimal .7 ttk FROM NEUTRAL and others with the same ttk as bows but faster rate of fire and the same overtuned aim assist cones so they are better at deuls, peek shooting, and team shooting. I mean come on, bows took hits in not only damage in 3 different ways but also aim assist falloff at RANGE. it wasn't enough to cripple the damage they made hitting shots at the more long range they expect you to use bows more difficult while at the same time making them harder to use aggressively if you weren't already a god or just blinting because getting hot swapped every kill is totally fun to fight. All of that pretty much made it so you rarely see bows and when you do its still just people camping with wish ender or monarch. I love monarch, that was my baby since black armory, but it was everywhere and did kinda suck the air out of the room for other bows so I understand nerfing it specifically but the sandbox as a whole needs to be looked at and balanced PROPERLY for the crucible to have a HEALTHY ecosystem. That way, you don't feel like you're dying to bullshit every game. Yea everyone has their own preferences and things they find fun but with how wide the D2 sandbox is if its more balanced then you have a better time reading how you're losing fights instead of instantly dying to something and being mad its the same thing thats dropped you for the past 6 card resets or stopped your comp grind because you can't cross the next rank threshold. There's so much crazy shit in destiny, so you should be REWARDED for experimenting, not running the same cookie cutter meta loadout as the next pvp sweat. Games are supposed to be fun. Bottom line

Is Veist Stinger the no brainer option for the Orgin trait or is there a play for Dream Work? I haven’t had a chance to play yet and the Draw Time decrease with the Reload bump looks tempting.

After reading the patch I tested bows and was sad that the buff just make them one crit and one body seven res under and not all res, but this is really good news. I have moved away, but might dip back in, at least to try it.

Was fn around on d2gunsmith, the new event bow can get down to 114ms draw time. 94 with viest proc’d for ref a good hush is I think around 180ish ms draw….so yes I will def be trying to get that roll. Side note you can master work into accuracy on the new one as draw time masterwork won’t benefit you at all with the right strings and perks.

Hahaha love it and looks fun. I think it feels better due to the disruption break making the follow-up bow shot more consistent and ability to hit tap fire shots for the kill. Stow is capped at 0.36 seconds. With max handling perks, exotics, fastest ready speed 0.18 seconds. Fastest ADS at 0.26 seconds. Stow + Ready + ADS = 0.8 seconds. Hipfire: Stow + ready = 0.54 seconds. Base capped reload = 0.6 seconds. They were supposed to fix the animation cap, but they never did.
