That cal mart used to be the vain of my existence. I used to deliver beer and wine to the city and my dispatch would put this store at the near end of my day. Anyone who wanted to drop stuff to cal mart wanted to do so at 6am when the parking lot was empty. My d1psh1t dispatc hwas dropping me there at 11 AM. -_- Had to lug the stuff from a block away.
Amazing video, A friend of mine referred me to a financial adviser sometime ago and we got talking about investment and money. I started investing with $120k and in the first 2 months , my portfolio was reading $274,800. Crazy right!, I decided to reinvest my profit and gets more interesting. For over a year we have been working together making consistent profit just bought my second home 2 weeks ago and care for my family...
I’ve been forced to find additional sources of income as I got retrenched. I barely have time to continue trading and watch my investments since I had my second daughter. Do you think I should take a break for a while from the market and focus on other things or return whenever I have free time or is it a continuous process? Thanks...

The housing looks old, and high maintenance. Wouldn't anyone prefer to live in newer housing, in an area with less crime, and where you don't have to put so much work and $$ into repairing the old housing ?
Yeah this particular area is incredibly safe, walkable, family friendly. I love the older character of the area. New construction is cool but can be so boring.

Where can I see the inside of these homes? Awesome video, btw👍
Thank you! Follow me on Instagram, Shorts, or TikTok--i do house tours pretty regularly on there in the higher-end neighborhoods, including this one.
@austinklar k, thank you👍👍👍
That area of Sacramento used to have much more shops. Seems empty now.
Gorgeous area! Still love Noe Valley!
Noe is very charming. Different vibe still beautiful :)
@@austinklar Yes so different! Love the whole city!!
That's Children's Hospital, which became CPMC

some people prefer homes that have charm and character. they also like to live in areas that are walkable. Not all of San Francisco is crime ridden.
