I’m having my second prostate biopsy on October 16,2024. The day before and the day after I have to go into the Dr office for antibiotic injections. My urologist is adamant about keeping me from getting infections. My first one was during a surgical procedure to remove a benign lump from scrotum and it was negative. But this one, I’ll be fully awake and ready. I don’t think it’s that big of a deal. I have zero fear of needles, so it’s not going to bother me, but probably u comfortable for a few minutes

Gracias 🙏 me suscribí a tu canal desde Puerto Rico 🇵🇷 estoy muy nervioso pues he buscado mucha información yo no sé cómo empezar pero tengo una molestia en mi costilla derecha de atrás cerca del riñón derecho me hicieron sonograma prostático tengo una pequeña piedra pero …yo me había ido de viaje a la Florida y me monte en una máquina que al arrancar sentí una molestia tan fuerte que esa noche no dormir con dolor en un testículo salí con un quiste en el testículo derecho deciden hacerme el PSA y salgo en 3.98 luego de 6 meses me repiten la prueba y subió a 4.28 y vuelven y me la repiten 6 meses después y salgo en 5.21 el urólogo no me explico no tuvo empatía no me dio opciones pero tengo una batalla en mi mente pues en medio del la desesperación escuché una voz que jamás había escuchado era como un ángel me dijo no te hagas la biopsia estás sano estoy buscando una segunda opinión pero mis recursos económicos no me lo permiten un consejo que me pueda dar Dra Diana Londoño, MD.Bendiciones ?🙏 PS: además si un paciente tiene hemorroides eso no complicaría las cosas ?

They don't tell you about the effect it has on your sexual function organs ! They don't care It takes months & months for these to improve when you ask they just blow you off and say nothing .

Excelente información , tiene un mes wue me hicieron la biopsia trans rectal , y al tercer dia ya no podía orinar u en efecto tuve que ir a urgencias y me pusieron una Zonda por 15 dias , ahora estoy tomando tamansulina oorr tres meses , cuando antes de .. no la nesecitaba ,, !!

Dr cuanto turmpo tarda en desaparecer el srdor en el glande despues de una cistoscopia hace 3 semanaa me hicieron una y poco a poco esta pasndo a veces sube un poco el ardor despues baja y suento punzaditas en cuanto tiempo desaparecera la molestia? Ojo no tengo infeccion

I was supposed to have this done but everyone says that its painful especially if your a male. I had a catheter put in once and that was very painful . So I'm scared to do this.

I had 32 cores taken, almost blacked out after 12. Then it got infected and went on antibiotics for a month. Very painful.

Expect to be ripped off by this scam ! PSA is BS ! The medical industrial complex is compromised and has bought off the FDA with multi million dollar donations. In 1990 they said to PSA test was worthless and only saved 1 in 1000 but cause many over diagnosis and has harmed many from unnecessary treatments. Adjust your lifestyle. Stay away from doctors unless you are dying, then go to an emergency room.

I suggest everyone look here on UA-cam for actually OR footage of this before you consent to anything. If done via transperineal way (better less chance of infection than transrectal) You are on your back and your legs are hoisted up into stirrups completely exposed while they shove that ultrasound probe up you butt. Hard pass every with a high PSA.

Uy si, no la recomiendo arde mucho durante y después del procedimiento, pero desafortunadamente es necesaria, allí se mira realmente la vejiga y el estado de la próstata, a mí no me sirvió la prueba en sangre ni la ecografía,

I have an infestation of E-Coli in my urinary system. It has been untreatable for months due to antibiotic resistance. It hurts when the numbing cream is applied and occasionally during the procedure. Overall, not that bad.

Should a CT Urogram be done prior this medieval practice? I have had a recurring UTI (I'm male) and my VA doctor has me scheduled for the scan. Over the weekend the UTI recurred and my civilian PCP changed the antibiotic and referred me to a urologist. It sounds as if this is the first procedure they do.

I recently went to see my doctor about a post micturition dribble problem which started after I had bowel surgery. The doctor did a dipstick test and a trace of blood was found. I've now been referred for a cystoscopy which seems a bit extreme considering it was only a trace of blood. Are cystoscopies usually done when only a trace of blood has been found in urine?

It's too bad some were trying to discredit him, but I understand how some scientists, etc. would be intimidated by this information because it challenges their view of everything they've ever learned.

Doctora me operaron de una obstrucción en el cuello de la vejiga porque tenia el cuello elevado, también me colocaron botox. Pero a los 6 meses volvi a orinan mucho como antes de la operación. Tomo solifenacina y ptobre con miragrebon pero nada. Tiene alguna otra solución para controlar la vejiga.. saludos y gracias
