It probably wouldn’t be misread DTMF codes because if all of the other sirens are not completing the message, it would be a small chance that there in sink with the same DTMF codes so my guess is that it would be the electrical wiring in the 4004’s (the siren is named 4004.)

Near our house there was a literally abandoned STH-10 that sounded off, as my parents said, only two times. Both tests. November, '22. TV says the guys are gonna test this thing. We expect to hear our siren. Some 2001's started sounding off and after 30 seconds or so we heard this thing. Suddenly we heard a loud smack and siren suddenly stops. I've guessed that the chopper locked up. Some time after, this thing was replaced with Modulator. Now we have a siren head near our house.

The behavior is odd almost like the horn is seeking home position. Possible poor reception, or a glitch in the coding? Not sure on this one, but considering there were several times where all the sirens were experiencing the same issue it's obviously a system wide issue.

Add 6 glitches for repeated voice messages in the same direction and running the alert tone twice

You can reset these to their "installed cardinal" for servicing, they're capable of operating in small arcs back and forth to provide directed sound in case you need to install them beside a structure.
