Will this pattern eventually become available to those of us that couldn’t get the project box?

I bought the Project box and downloaded the pattern, but when I go to tape the pattern pieces together the top interior is shorter than the measurement given in the pattern. I even tried printing the pattern from my computer and still the same issue and its just that one pattern piece. I don't know if anyone else is having this issue? Otherwise I love both this and the original wallet!

What is your top tension set at roughly for that thread. Also what type of thread is in the bobbin, Tex 80 as well.

Do you feel it is better with stabilizer on the cami, with cork, or is it still nice without the stabilizer? This is one of my favorite bags, watching both of your versions. They are both wonderful videos

Can I make this with fabric instead of cork by adding a seam allowance at the top and birth it thru the lining bottom? Might still use cork for the zipper plackets.

Hi there does this also work for scratches on cork? I accidentally scratched my shoes ever so slightly so is there a way to smoothen it?

I’m just so glad to know that even the pros can have “those days”. I cuss a LOT. I don’t sew around the granddaughters cause my room is rated R for language. Thanks for being human! I’ve learned to use a stapler in those corners (the corners without the zipper), and I unzip the zipper. I also use a skinny foot. I had a terrible time with my first Mav pack. I really messed up the zipper badly, and tossed the bag in my scrap bin, only saving the hardware. I also don’t attempt to topstitch the front anymore and it looks perfectly fine.

Love your pattern and your video, you make it look super easy! I wondered how does the cork hold up over time? I am a huge fan of leather and use primarily recycled leather. How would you say the cork compares in the long run? Thanks!

The wall will hold the weight if you secure what you’re hanging into studs. You can get a stud finder at any hardware store.

This was much needed. The way my arthritis is set up, it was a no. Can't wait to see the new tutorials in the new space. I honestly like it plain. I don't like a whole lot on the walls if I can help it. And in my opinion it's balanced with the things on one wall and the other plain. I'd just leave it until or if something speaks to me to be on the wall.

I still really struggle with inserting twist locks. I would love a video with all the hints and tricks you have. I have a hole punch set, but still can't seem to get the hole cut out properly.

Thank you again Nicole! I've used the flat hardware with the D-ring and didn't like it on a Sirona; I will be using this method now to bend. I think with the mini box tote or another bag if the top seam is backstitched down below it will be fine to punch thru that side seam.

Thank you for sharing your tip on bending the hardware. I bought some from you and really struggled to bend them , therefore I haven't used them. But I will for sure try now , I have the same zipper template 😉

Fabulous technique. I've got these sets but have used sparingly and on my Sironas. Quick Q about your mini - did you use extra stabilizer between the layers of cork? Bag looks stiffer than normal. It's a gorgeous bag. I love your color combos❤❤❤ thanks for always sharing your knowledge!

Antique Brass is easy to manipulate. I have trouble bending the other finishes. How do you make them work?
