0955 it appears that the meeting of the motor mount bracket and pylon is Very short-on solidity.
0955 a drone rotor is not a prop. a correctly spec'd E/EP prop is Quiet.! there is a LOT of vibration coming from the motor and prop.! if you don't address it adequately, you will probably experience servo glitching (crashing). the motor has a lot of cogging and that is a source of vibration. use smoother running motor if possible. in any case, the structure of the power pylon Needs to improved so that there is less resonance and more vibration damping. along with the thrust config mods.
0001 it is not clear whether the distance between the stabs and wing is excessive. it appears that that distance should be reduced by about one inch. the tail Should be made as light as is practical. to that end, the span of the horiz-stab should be equal to thirty percent of the wingspan. the mass of power/control components should be installed in a grouping that RESULTS in the c-m being located on the imaginary twenty-five percent of chord line. if the ideal location of cg is added (at thirty percent of chord) to the c-m illustration it can be seen that an 'oval-shaped' concentration of mass, should be located in a vertical zone between twenty and thirty percent of chord. that is where SERVOS rx and battery Should be installed. it should be understood that locating the prop relatively farther aft will result in a 'gentler' ideal thrust angle. and, the use of an ideal adjusted thrust angle will reduce the amount of vertical offset that is Needed.

Yes ,my drone can achieve enough height . To achieve enough height your drone should weight 50 g. Mention your battery specification, Such as mAh and C rating .

really nice, can you share the part names and total weight in the description maybe ? I am looking to build a similar but based on ESP32 for cheaper Tx/Rx. Also how long does a typical battery lasts (like battery lifespan, not the flight time), I am concerned if this will blow up my costs to run the drone for long.
Description has been modified . I don't know the weight as I don't have weight machine . You may use home made arduino transmitter instead of ready made transmitter . Honesly saying , Life span of battery can't be defined , few lasts longer and few don't . Total cost of making such drone using arduino transmitter and reciever is around 2.5k or more or less depending upon buying source .
@@raycraft3990 Thanks for the details. For transmitter I *want* wifi to make controlling from computer easier, that is my goal actually. At the moment I don't care about the range. For batteries, I am really skeptical because I have heard most die within 2-3 months of occasional use which given the cost is really not sustainable with some saying the cheap quality of battery, charger or the heat/current drawn being the issue. Where are you sourcing your components from ?

Hay una vercion wifi que usa un esp8266, solo pone 2 mosfet en el esp8266 esp1. Usa espenow para un websoket con joistick en el navegador. No es nesesaria una app. Y se ahorra algo de peso, tambien es mas barato. No recuerdo el bombre del autor.

But the real question should be: Does it fly? Of course not, it's probably too heavy to fly. Why make something that won't fly and call it an plane?
To be transparent, this plane performs well in flight, but it lacks control because it is powered by only one motor and a battery . Consequently, it can move unpredictably. Else Thank you for sharing your doubts with us.
@@raycraft3990 I've made a few planes in my life and until I see it I won't believe that this plane flew further than when thrown ;). It has a center of gravity quite high because of the motor mounted very high, tiny wings won't make it fly either. I suspect that when thrown it turns upside down very quickly and falls like a stone into water ;)
