Question for the teacher: I have an ezgo golf cart from 2010. When I try to move it, it sometimes takes 1 or 2 minutes to move. I just bought it. What could be the problem or is it normal?

Thanks for the videos I have an idea for a video regarding mcors. Iv ordered 2 and I think they are bad, but I’m not sure. The ohms on one is 6.3-1.4K. The other was 6.6-.2k. From what I have heard if it reads over 6 your cart won’t work. A video of you testing/ troubleshooting the mcors would be nice. Thanks again!

Hello! What does jumping the 2 wire connector on MCOR do? I have a 2017 club car precedent with intermittent moving issues. It’ll work fine then stop working and work again. Saw other videos of bypassing the MCOR. Wondering if i can do that for a cheap fix.. just fixed a rattling loose brake pedal and a shorted horn. Thanks for the video and help !!!!!

Hi Wayne, I have a 2010 Precedent i2 that is not taking a charge. It has brand new batteries and the charger kicks on but it says it is charging at 0 amps. if you run the batteries down some same thing the charger kicks on but charger says 0amps. I have tried different chargers and still nothing. Could this be a bad OBC?

Wayne, I have a 2005 club car precedent that continues to varie in speeds. Changed the moor and speed sensor. Any ideas?

The only issue i have with this is if you have to slam on the brakes or encounter some bad pot holes... What keeps the cart from slamming into the front rail (beside the tires protruding slightly) and what keeps it from jumping around when the roads aren't perfectly smooth?

So I'm having to replace components on my 2005 Fairplay 48V. It has an OEM Curtis controller 1244-5451, 400amp ....a DC Motor Mod XQ3.8, 48V, 60min. Shunt, 40' C, Class H with NO speed sensor....The replacement motor ordered has the speed sensor connector....do I plug that in to the existing controller somewhere....or just leave it unplugged ??? Is a new controller in my future ?? if Yes, what is the replacement ??? DC motor arriving today. Thank you !! Do U have 2005 Fairplay parts ??

I have an RXV cart. I upgraded to a bigger controller. I didn’t notice it at first but I’m getting this jerking motion when I slow down. For example slow down to make a turn it jerks like it wants to stop then it will go. Does this sound like it’s the bearing encoder or the controller?? Thanks for any info.

Hi I enjoy your info. I have a club cart precedent, the other day it stopped running just completely dead. I replaced my motor computer, that made it run again however now it has low speed. Maybe 4 MPH before it was at least double that. I replace the speed sensor that did not increase the speed?? When I first got this cart it was used and a mechanic from the place where I bought it plugged a hand held looking mini computer and it boasted the speed to at least 12 mph. Would I need that done again? So far I’m stumped.

I have replaced my Controler, as my cart just stopped that has made it run again , but my speed is very slow like 5 or 6 mph, I have installed a new speed sensor, it hardly made any difference. Any Ideas?

I need help. After changing out my batteries, my taillights work, but my front led light doesn't anymore. What could be wrong? I checked one fuse and it's fine. Did my led light burn/short circuit perhaps?

Hello, from what I see, you have the same car that was given to me to restore. It happens that I have obtained the technical manual, but there are things that I cannot fully understand. The switch that is on the forward and reverse lever looks like a monkey, it is one that when you press the lever, it is activated; It is one that goes inside and is mounted with screws on the lever. You could make a video explaining the electrical wiring. Greetings and I hope you can.

Hello Wayne, I'm new to the electric golf carts. My relay is not clicking when i plug my cart in & i have 44.5 volts ? I did test my plug on the cart & it's got 44.5. Also if a solenoid sticks can you tap on it to get it to unstick. I ask this because I'm getting 44.5 volts on both large terminals with the key turned off. Thanks Charles
