Hmm. I bet you could build a simple alignment tool with a digital dial indicator, Arduino and a few other common components. That seems like the most tedious part of the fabrication. You'd have to take some measurements and mark the shortest and longest part of each elbow before assembly on one and then take some offset measurements after, but then your set for that particular manifold. Put that in a config file, store on an SD, pull it up on the tool with a little rotary selector and lcd screen, select the model, select elbow #1, place it in the contraption and rotate until it turns on a green LED and mark with a sharpie. Repeat with each piece until they are all marked. You could probably get the measurements from CAD if you started there, but you could certainly do it manually too. If you could knock these out with out even thinking about alignment of the parts, wonder how many you could do in a day.

As a non professional,this is one shitty manifold.First-the lenght. They have to be exact same lenght. Second- material. You can't just take a pipe and turn it to a manifold. Then comes the geometry!!!! The geometry is what makes the magic. And only after all that comes a little touching that have to be done. I feel sorry for those who pays thousands for this .... " work of art".

How to make a 1000 dollars a day(um... canadian). Own a toolshop. Fill that toolshop with tools worth about 20000 dollar. know how to tig well enough that you never screw up a part. Aaaaand you are good to go : p

do you remember the "Martin Turbo " kit from back in the middle 70's ? I just don't much going on with that concept. I always thought it was a cool way to get rid of turbo lag.

So... 1. Know how to weld 2. Know how a turbo manifold works and how to properly build one that actually makes a difference / power 3. Have a shit ton of tools 4. Have a friend with a big ass grinder meant for engine heads But obviously you should go for this if you've got the tools, space and time. When it comes to knowledge, you can just search the internet and it's all out there for you to grab and learn. Good looking work btw

Where can I buy adjustment valve tools? I've been searching for them for a while, but I'm not sure what they're called.

Get something flexable like a foam pool noodle to poke inside your pieces, That will hold them together to form your shape. Then number a mark lines on each piece, Remove the noodle then join each piece matching the numbers and lines.

you’d benefit from a bead blaster or stainless steel shot tumbler , also, if you take a stainless steel brush and immediately scrub the edges of your welds the nickel and chromium will bind to the edges and prevent discoloration, they’ll look uniform all the way through and make it simpler for the buyer if they want to polish them up!

I've done a fair amount of fabrication in my time. If there is a straight piece in the setup at the end, you should tack that in place first. You can then use two cheap pipe clamps to hold the other pieces in place while you tack them all together. Nice work regardless.
