Deteriorating the quality of living by cramming 6 people into a building designed for two in order to make a buck. Cool. Less of this the better.

Mate have you every been to a student shared accommodation if you would watch this video you’d see there is loads all down the street 95% of them two bedroom houses divided into three rooms with three people sharing one bathroom and one kitchen. These students that will rent this will have large double rooms their own ensuite shower super high-end finished large communal area and kitchen
This is a massive upgrade in normal student living, not a downgrade, mate

Because the students are not looking for large flats or houses to rent they’re looking for hires
