Hi Aubree! I went on a little road trip over Christmas week … to include Travelers Rest ! Spent 2 nights in the Hampton Inn w walking distance to the Whistle Stop ! (Actually ate in the pizza place.) My main focus was to finally ride the Swamp Rabbit trail ! Used my Ebike and got all the way to Reedy Falls park. Very impressed with the huge park prior and the Falls park ! I also rode around Furman ! :) Loved the girls in your video ! Nothing stuffy about you ! As for the wood mantle in the first home, my first reaction is that it’s a miss (though I’m sure well intentioned!). For that fancy of a home, I would think a nice polished maple , walnut, or cherry would have been more apropos.

I lived through 2008. Before then the housing market was insane and few could afford a house. During the crash prices fell but the economy was bad so nobody was willing to buy a house. Then prices went back up. Very few people actually benefited from the crash. The stock market is the same way. When it crashes, nobody wants to buy because it's crashing. When it's up, nobody wants to buy because it's over priced.

SC is meh in general & Greenville has always been meh.

Seems like a lot of aggressive comments on this page from the NE folks. Not only has Greenville been over run by the sound of the long term locals, but it's apparantely been over run by a bunch of a-holes. I am looking to relocate from what was a small city that has been ransacked by larger surrounding cities, and is now popping at the seams, so I get the frustration. What used to be a manageable place to work, live, and exist is not anymore. Sadly I might be part of the problem for a different place but I certainly do not want to be a jerk. Thanks for the video.
