Clemson was once called Calhoun. There still is a little downtown block; lookup Calhoun Corners. It's behind the Clemson Amtrak. Easley is great! They have an indoor playground, Prisma Health, movie theater, the doodle Trail, a new YMCA, Sam's Club, a very nice library, and the JB Owens Sports Complex. In the future, a Whataburger, Bath and Body Works, and maybe one day....a Target!
Funny, I've been looking at Staley Martin built homes on Juniper Hill Drive as your video brought this to my attention. If only I could buy a house like 106 Juniper Hill Dr. Easley, but the company stopped building larger homes in the area. Or, 117 spring Hill Farm Drive in Piedmont. If only..
The funeral home sells coffee! That's really weird.
Fun video. I love the map overlay and music.
Thanks! And yes, it’s a Starbucks actually 😅🫣

Yes!!! Need a Target!
Good video
Glad you enjoyed
What was the name of the new subdivision with new homes ?
Hey Aubree Eric💔🇺🇸
Hey
Why are some of the neighborhoods without sidewalks?
That’s a great question. I’ll have to ask a developer there next time I have the chance!
What is the community at the beginning of video where you showed the “Easley AVG 275-325K” sign? Please
Hmm... I'm not 100% sure, but I have some options I think that are in the area! It's a beautiful area that is very established!
Would anybody happen to know who
the builder was who built 143 Juniper Hill Drive?
Stanley Martin

Was this before or after the hurricane? (hoping you are all well and safe there)
Before the hurricane. I’m sure it looks a little different now. 🥴
Is this city water and sewer?
Most of it, yes. Some may be on septic though. That’s pretty common in the area. About a 50/50.
