Housatonic Railroad NX-10 departs Shepaug Reload and Distribution in Hawleyville, CT, one of five customers this local serves in the greater Danbury area. On this day, NX-10 arrived lite with one of HRRC's three leased GMTX geeps and picked up three empty centerbeams before returning back west towards New Milford. Take note of one particularly idiotic driver on Route 25 right in front of me, who chooses to ignore the lights and comes a mere four seconds from being struck. (12/20/21)

As the sun sets on January 20th, 2020, NS H66 passes through Allentown, PA. In charge of today's train is NS #5004, a GP38-2 "high hood" that started its life on the Southern Railroad in 1972. CSX C777 drills Supreme Oils in Englewood, NJ, on the cloudy morning of January 7th. 2020. Supreme Oils is by far the largest customer on the Northern Branch, getting served five days a week. Fantastic shots! I’ve seen the locomotives purchased by the Durango & Silverton, as well as the ones in still in Skagway (because I’ve been to both railroads). Also that M5 on #108 is AMAZING! It’s also pretty interesting that #73 seems to have a…diesel’s bell? Anyway, loved the video!
