NBC/WKYC-TV Technical Difficulties (December 4, 1977)
Definitely sounds like a microwave transmitter issue. Here's a short, partial and unique TD moment that happened during a Sunday Afternoon NFL game between Denver and Houston, with the PSB card related to the sport (held up by NBC themselves). This is taken directly from WKYC-TV in Cleveland, Ohio.
And btw, Denver ended up winning this one 24-14.
