Pervitin - WW2 Short Film (2024) 4K
A Luftwaffe Field Division Gruppe is cut off from the rest of their division on the Eastern Front in 1943. After sustaining heavy casualties from artillery bombardments by the Red Army for numerous weeks, the men hope to survive in a hastily dug trench system. The under strength Gruppe is left with rations, ammunition and morale running at an all time low. Julian, the youngest in the Gruppe, in an attempt to cope with the atrocities of war, has been abusing his stash of Pervitin. Pervitin was a stimulant given to soldiers in the German Military during World War 2.
The pill increased focus, energy and morale, while lowering fear and inhibitions. It also had severe side effects that included exhaustion, heart pain, vomiting, delirium, depression, hallucinations,
suicidal thoughts, stroke and death.
Julian and the other remaining members of the Gruppe must deal with not only the horrors of war, but manage the paranoia and infighting.

The allied forces are in heaven most if not all nazis are in hell
My gradfather fought from Sep.39 until May 45. His jouney went from France to Stalingrad, he told me, he had never seen any gramm of Pervitin, or Panzerschokolade. He said in the whole war he never saw a pice of chocolate. I believe in my grandpa.
Nazi speed freaks.
Was für ein Scheißdreck
I went through alcohol withdrawal for 6 months. That was not fun at all. Doing that in the forest would be even worse.
Great, vid! I enjoyed this upload.
Hey Henry. Glad you liked it mate. Make sure to subscribe to not miss out on future uploads ✌️
Conheço algumas experiências reais que atestam que mesmo na guerra é possível existir a honra.
Spitfire does not carry fuel in wing rather cannon and machine gun ammo....so a continuous fire on left wing unlikely
brilliant movie but both pilots successful egress alive unlikely as one bailed out at tree height and the ME109 somehow threaded itself through trees in belly landing...both pilots are dead men
I have ADD and take meds for it, it is family of M#th. It is saver, less negative effect. I do not take it under trauma/PTSD making situations as soldiers in WW2 where but. I have learned that if you have almost no sleep, must go on for some reason. And got stress and eat very bad/little. The medication plays with you very badly. You feel like you are in a differend world. And not on a positive way. Almost like indeed the ground with Satin in it can open any moment. A very scared and no way out feeling. And extreem brain fog/unclear mental state and an emotional system what can break very eazly. I don't want to know how that would be, for these soldiers in stress/PTSD situations in WW2.
Finding out Hitler and several members of his cabinet were fervent meth users completely changed my entire perspective of the last three years of WW2. So many bad decisions and callous behaviour made sense
Under Hitler . Germany refused to pay Russia for any resources!!Not for oil.Nickel .or iron ore .any precious stones used to grind a sphere to guide his V2 rockets.Invading & taking this along with food for Lebensbaum ( living space for Aryans) As head of Nato none of these policies have changed. So what is their to negotiate? How many Russian & Ukrainian soldiers must die?How about NATO will they pay in blood? Eventually it will again, nothing is free for the taking.
Good stuff peace and love
Great movie ! The German Air Force participated in a lot of ground operation/battle during Operation Bagration .
Thanks mate! Glad you enjoyed the film. Make sure to subscribe to not miss out on future productions.

"whatafuck areu doin?!" - pure germans.
Well done from Melb Oz. Does not look low budget.
Thanks David!! We love hearing that! If we win lotto we will make it a feature film 🎥 stay warm in Melb 🥶
Looked like it was shot in the Australian bush.
It was mate. We live here 🇦🇺
This is both deeply heartwarming and ridiculous in equal part, and i am here for it Yall are geniuses at what you do !
Bahahah. Couldn’t of summed it up better 😂😂😂
This is seriously very well done ! I especially like the incidental music/foley. It very much adds to the creepiness feel of the movie
Thanks so much mate! Really love to hear stuff like that! Make sure to subscribe to not miss out on future productions 🤟
Pervitin a "stimulant"? Yes, if was: methaphetamine. First invented in 1885, methamphetamine was first manufactured in Germany, as "Pervitin", in 1930s, under the Nazi regime. Available, off the shelf. It was administered to all levels of German Society as a "cure-all", from overwork to anxiety to post-natal depression. In 1939, the Wehrmacht ordered 35 million tabs of Previtin to issue to frontline troops for the upcoming Battle of France. To sweep across France to the English Channel, German troops would have to fight for 3-4 days non-stop. Issued 3 tabs each in May, 1940, the soldiers began "speeding" into battle. The Battle took 4-5 days. Later in 1943, Pervitin reappeared during the retreat from Stalingrad. The exhausted, starving Wehmacht were once again revved up by methamphetamine; the basis for this UA-cam story. Re: "Blitzed", a book by a German author about the ittle known role of methamphetamine in the Nazi regime (published 2013 in German but available in English).
That ending was terrible and i appreciate it for everything that it is
I heard Russians drank some vodka.
This was absolutely shot in Australia.
Yeah man, that’s where we live 😂
haha a cool . everything looked pretty authentic except all the Australian trees and shrubs . obviously filmed in Australia
Yeah man, that’s where we live 😂
@@Badvirtueproductions yeah cool . dont worry only a few other aussies will notice . its a good film
Pretty good. I love this take of the war. I wish we could see the use of pervitin more in movies
Scared Germans
Ukraine on meth
10/10 costume and production design. Where did you get all those uniforms ?
A local reenacting group provided reenactors as extras, most uniforms and weapons.
They weren’t meth laced pills, they were just meth pills…
cheap combat stimulants
Obviously none of the film makers have done drugs before. Different symptoms mixed into one drug. Not realistic.
🎉🎉shh
🎉🎉what a difference a methyl group makes 😢
🎉😢😂😢🎉😂🎉😢🎉🎉at the end of the wsr. .55 gallons drums of amphetamine were left in Japan. At the end of the warMillions of them
🎉Yessir

🎉🎉what would you do, bro,=
🎉🎉one of the biggest untold stories of the war...pervitin
Hey Floyd! Thanks for watching. And yes, we definitely thought it was a story that needed more attention
If they had anhydrous dope.. yeah, they would've won that war lol
Amazing talent.
This was used for anti aircraft uses.
Damn the German army looks good...drugs, and machine guns...what more could a guy need?😅
A STORY OF ALLIES ON PERVITIN: I gotta tell you all a story I heard first hand from a ww2 veteran son, his father fought in Italy by the Brazilian Expeditionary Force, along with 25k other brazilians and the US Army. His father was in the first wave to fight in Po River valley, 1945. His father and many others did use Pervitin during attacks or while in night patrols, obviously captured Pervitin from the germans, and this caused many psychological scars on them, most likely paranoia, things they carried years after the war and those scars killed them. His father was a strong farmer who left home his future wife, telling her "If I ever come back to Quatro Barras I will marry you and we will live together until the end", the war started and he went to the front. During attacks on italian villages and german positions allong the Po River Valley, I'm not sure but I think he also fought along the Gothic Line, these man attacked the germans absolutely mad deep on their pervitin, I heard "Dad said that all their blood and viscera was spitted along the walls as their .45 SMG fired, this caused so much damage on my father soul he used to dream and scream about doing attacks and house cleaning tactics", many times he said that his father cried about the horrors he saw and those he did, all the blood, all the explosions, all things you can imagine happened to these man. When the war ended and they came home, his father married his future mother, and they were living a peaceful life with their 4 kids until the shell shock like scars started to appear, his father beated the kids and his beloved wife, made them sleep outside the house during cold south brazilian nights, and it was already 1960 when the Army Hospital decided to take him to Rio de Janeiro hospital for treatment. Their life was destroyed, they lived deep in the woods and imagine starting a whole new life from zero because your father was too brain damaged he had to be moved to a psychiatric hospital, kids had to become man with 10yo. When the army came to their house to take him to the hospital, he attacked the soldiers in the ambulance with an axe screaming "THE GERMANS WONT GET ME THIS TIME!", his father spent 2 years in the Army Hospital and he got home cured. he lived 15 years after this and he died of stomach pain (he couldnt say what he had), his son told me he died because of the "german poison" they took during the war, but most likely he died of glass pieces inside his stomach because during paranoia attacks at home he did bite many glass cups, trying to kill that pain of the war, he killed himself slowly. The name of this Hero is Avelino Alves Pires, he lived in Quatro Barras, state of Paraná, Brazil.
Wow. That is a very sad and traumatic story. But that you for telling us about it. Thanks for watching the film
@@Badvirtueproductions I know some stories more, id write them if i had time rn
Very interesting thank you for sharing
Looks so cool
Go check it out on our page, and our latest film ‘Pervitin’
How it feels to chew 5 gum 😂
Bahahah gold 😂😂
This is every WW2 movie now. Lost behind enemy lines. Dialogue often incorrect for the period, same as music. Crying. Smoking. Making friends, a girl back home. A few CGI fired shots. A local farmer's girl. Not complaning. I just dont watch them.
Filmed in Australia perhaps?
Hey Gary! Yes you’re correct! We’re all from Sunny QLD 🇦🇺
@@Badvirtueproductions I used to live on the Goldcoast. Nice work. My stepdaughter works in the movie business in Canada.
