Since installing the 'Tonti-fied' sport motor, I've added good used floating front brake discs on alloy carriers for a great saving in un-sprung and reciprocating weight compared to the original one piece cast iron Brembo discs, and the HH sintered pads have now bedded nicely into them. So this is a test of the new 90 hp motor and the new brakes under more challenging conditions.

Start 5 of the Calisportia hotrod. When I ran the bike during start 4, it was noticeable that the revs were a bit slow to drop. I was aware of it at the time and and I was sure it was only because I was running the lightest possible springs in the carbs (Dellorto part 8550) which were fine before with the old small valve, low compression, 844 motor, but that they were not strong enough with the...

I have a 2.4 diesel engine in my mk1 transit and I would like to replace it with a more efficient gasoline engine. @odysseusdrakos2008 3 роки тому

hi, the bike has been 100% reliable in the years i have had it except for normal wear, from use, i had to change the clutch friction plates which only cost about £70 and took about 2 minutes to swap over. and i had to put new brushes in the starter motor, the new brush kit was only about £25 but it was a hell of a job to get the starter motor off, a hell of a job to get it back together again with the new brushes installed and a hell of a job to refit the starter motor, horrible job but hopefully that will be it now for another 60,000 miles. absolutely love the bike.
