I am deeply frustrated after purchasing an EB7 bundle pack from Jasion, which revealed unacceptable discrepancies between the two included bikes. Firstly, one bike was missing the essential specification sticker that denotes its class. More aggravatingly, the bikes' speeds differed significantly; one reached the advertised 28 mph while the other topped out at only 20 mph, despite Jasion’s claims of uniform performance on their website and marketing materials. This blatant inconsistency is not only aggravating but downright deceptive. Upon contacting Jasion to address these issues, their response was not just insufficient, but also dismissive and disrespectful. They initially claimed the maximum speed was 20 mph, contradicting the advertised specifications and the performance of the other bike. They then insultingly offered a $70 front basket as compensation for a grievance concerning a product worth over $700. When I demanded a replacement for the underperforming bike, they refused, citing concerns over resale value, even though the bike had less than 10 miles on it.
