still remember being on AOL, romming zombies ate my neighbors on dial up and finding out about the OC remix a few years later

All this song reminds me of are the 2010s, back when LittleBigPlanet's official servers were still online and you could make friends with anybody by using dive in. God I want to cry so hard, I remember I made so much PSN friends from like 2012 - 2020 on LBP1 & LBP2 using dive in. It was so much fun. Those old friends have been inactive for years now though sadly, they probably moved on from LBP long ago. Melancholic to look back on these great memories, but I'm just glad I was even able to have fun in LBP at all while the official servers were still up. Fuck you Jon and all the other retarded hackers that shut down the LBP servers, just one more reason to hate the 2020s.

2024 and I'm still hoping for Prototype 3.

I can't believe this got recommended to me in the year of our lord 2024. I've been a huge fan of Kate's stuff since the early days; this and her Xenogears' remix of Bonds of Sea and Fire are seriously some of the best in terms of a artist's "starter set". I burned 'em to CDs back when cars still had to have the players installed and, since _that_ was robbed, I haven't heard any of that stuff since then. So, seeing this pop up on my reccs was a huge nostalgia hit for me. Glad other people appreciate this stuff, and now I've gotta give Kate her dues and listen to the originals on her youtube channel Erutan.

The current state of the gaming industry doesn’t deserve a chance to make a Prototype 3. I’d rather wait until it heals and starts promoting more creativity and fun again.
