I wish the top frame telescoped. Would be perfect for my Promaster City passenger if I didn't have to use the full length of the bed. Great looking product for everyone else though.

This is the absolute PERFECT product. Everything I've wanted but unable to find.... 1) ability to adjust leg height...so I can have different heights depending on what I need to store underneath 2) ability to adjust legs independently!!!...so when you are parked on a nonlevel surface...you can adjust legs independently to have a flat sleeping surface. 3) adjustable length!!! This is an awesome feature so I can fit more stuff! [I'm not a minimalist] 4) being able to get to items under the bed from the top!! 5) ability to easily take off the front part...so can access spare tire if needed (which is under the floor between the front and 2nd row seats) 6) Easy to store away in a closet!!! 7) Not heavy!! You have truly made the perfect product. I've seen many comments about the price. I have to say....for all of the features this has, I think the price is on point for a quality product. We are too used to cheap products made overseas. We need more quality products from small businesses in the US. It is an investment, but I think it is truly worth every penny....it literally has everything I've been looking for. I'm saving up to get one. For anyone reading this comment...I am not being paid for this comment. I JUST found this product on a facebook ad and started investigating it. I don't know anyone at the company and I don't own the product yet...but am so EXCITED to save up to get it.

What about those of us who don't have 6' of length? I'm a Honda Element owner and other than perhaps laying the front passenger seat back and placing the bed over it, 6' length isn't going to work. I use a 69" Coleman cot currently.

I wonder if it's possible to build hinges along the middle so it can be folded in half to use one back seat?

I'd love to see one in a Mazda CX-5. I am currently using just an Exped Megamat with no platform and it hits the center console/armrest since this is what I call a "baby SUV" (2016). I still got a great sleep but I've been looking at the Hele Box Solo for months and wondering just how it would need to be configured. Wish I could volunteer my CX-5 to demo but I'm in So Cal:).

The wider side of my 60/40 split is behind the driver side. Worried that my driver seat would need to be too far forward to accommodate the Hele frame…?

About how long is it after you have removed that section? I have a Honda Element and would love to be able to leave that section up, making it easier to set up once I swing my seats up to the side. Is that front section now adjustable in length? I have a limitation of about 69"/70" with my passenger seat pushed forward. I last heard you were working on a shorter version, but one that's adjustable with push pins makes a lot more sense in case I ever had someone around 6' tall.

Ok , would the Hele box work in Honda odyssey? I’m actually looking for some thing that will clear the middle seats when they’re folded over so I don’t have to take them out.

I really, really want to love this product (and I do like it). But having to remove the rear seats is a deal-breaker.

I love this! I will be changing my setup. I took a work bench 25" x 72" and adjustable from 27" to 42" but very heavy!

A great design innovation would be if the Hele Box length c/b made adjustable, say to fit horizontally across the bed of your SUV, or make more room if necessary. Yeah, some of us are that short LOL!

Great to see the innovation. Not great seeing REI "acquiring" ideas for product design. I don't buy much from REI anymore and I'm happy to see any competition they have. Your Helebox is more of a KISS (keep it simple...) design which is better IMHO.
