Bonjour! My French is not very good so I will speak in English. Thank you so much for your comment but I have to say as my name is Devin, I am indeed a Tenor and Samantha is indeed a soprano. There are different types of Tenors and sopranos as I’m sure you know. Speaking for myself….many believe I am a young dramatic or Heldentenor which explains why you hear my richer vocal timbre. I hope this helps sort through the confusion! :)

I was today at my grandpa's funeral. He was one of the most important persons in my life. We had a very talented woman sing this in church when we were all going outside to put his ashes in the ground. I Share your sorrow ❤

Thank you! Some of the best tenors had baritonal characteristics so I take that as a wonderful compliment! :)

I prefer Baritenors because of their wide range both lower and upper register .it's normal for a baritenor to work towards 3 octaves than a complete Tenor . a complete tenor might just have 2½ octaves or extending abit but difficult to have 3 Octaves looking for instance singers like Andrea bocelli, Jonas Kaufmann etc have 3 octaves that is from C2 to C5 but the great pavarotti never had that he didn't have the C2 range

Yes indeed! He and Sarah Brightman were the original duo. We were very happy to sing a similar arrangement.

Thanks guys however, I am indeed a tenor. In my range I have upwards of a tenor high Eb. I do understand that my warm color and present low range can be confusing though. Additionally, thank you so much for showing interest in my voice and singing. It is greatly appreciated! :)

@@richardgaines9450 thank you so much for your kind words! I actually didn’t start singing or training classically till I was 18 years old and I come from a non musical or classical family. I had a late start compared to many of my colleagues but I definitely worked very hard to sing like I do in order to make up for that.
