She works at the salon- best gosh darn cut and color you'll ever get. and WHAT a conversationalist!
I was surprised to hear the late 70s mechanical chime for the seatbelt reminder in this 1988 Cadillac. I thought all Cadillacs switched to electronic chimes by this point.
Notice that this 1990 Buick Estate Wagon has the exact same chime sound used in the 1987-90 Caprice Classic instead of a more luxurious Ford-like chime sound.
I like to think what was he thinking... being a bad ass?
You have great cars! If I ever get a few extra bucks, I do want to try and get something.
Wanted one of these in 81, but Datsun 310 hatchback was cheaper, and had front wheel drive.
In 1975 I had one same color, year, Corsa 4-carb. Absolutely loved it. Clark’s was the best for parts and help. It left me in better shape than I got it. Daily driver in college. It was the great traction in the snow too.
the reason champagne is so rare on Allantes is because it was most commonly ordered by miami drug dealers in order to not stand out since its a very sedate color. most champagne examples had a plethora of secret cocaine compartments installed and therefore were crushed before Y2K to hide those "industry secrets". you got the rare old lady who's life was mostly about her husband OTHER most frequent (but less common) first owners. that's nifty. i like that you don't mess with stuff before you sell it. you can't trust the guys who do. it should be up to the owner to decide what to touch up and how.
I thank you for showing this sexy Pontiac Star Chief 💋💙❣️
Hello how are you doing today? Where did you find this car? I love the color of this 4 door Pontiac Star Chief!
My first car was an 85 Chrysler Laser same color as this, but it wasn’t turbo.
Is this car still available?
I love the vacuum gauge.
I have a 48 Pontiac silver streak exactly like that. I sent the grill off to be chromed and the man took my grill and my money and left do you know where I can find a grill for this car?
Best to contact your local and national Pontiac clubs. They are a very helpful and active group.
Sweet car but the power steering pump is whining.
I think you found a way to buy corvairs in sixpack cartons.
LOL! I've had a shortage of them lately however.
"DRIVING IT EVERYDAY"-------------------------------not much chance of that another cadillac POS
Is this still available
I'm sorry. It is not.
Dream car for me.
Wish I still had it!
Mine had the voice but was a stick no turbo
There is a guy here in Houston driving one it’s old the paint is oxidized I’d buy it from him no question
Generally the paint didn't hold up well on these. This was a unicorn for sure!
85 laser same color this was my first car and I’ll find another and keep it
Over priced for $32,000.00 needs alot of sorting out..Worth only $15,000.00 the most for all the sorting out it needs. 😢
It sold pretty quickly. A $15K one would need far more sorting than this did.
Isn't the transmission a HydraMatic not a Packard Ultramatic?
When the engine was out, did the dealership do a head bolt changeover?
Yes indeed.
best looking one ive ever seen.
My 88 GT has power trunk release.
That paint is gorgeous. Someone earned their keep on that one
A true classic from yesterday years ❤
You can find one cheaper!
Agreed! This one is currently on it's way to Germany.
Funny who designed these old car a thought man that a good looking car?
It’s an acquired taste but I like it!
My siblings and I used to drive around South Bend in my grandmothers' Navy Blue 1951 Champion convertible. It was beautiful! Though I was about 4 years old, I remember it vividly. My grandfather and his brother designed the chassis of that particular model, in South Bend. I have the blue prints. One day I hope to own one too!
Wow! Thanks for sharing!
This Chrysler laser Angie based sister car the Dodge Daytona usually didn't last for the first 10 to 15 years of ownership this car right here is definitely a survivor more than likely it was pampered being a driveway diva and it survived the trials and tribulations of daily driving. Kudos for saving this one now rare time capsule.
I agree. A real time capsule.
I have a 1960 2 door sedan Lark with a 170 6cyl in it. The car had oil filter optional and I want to install the optional one. Do you have any Idea where I would mount it on the engin. I do have the OEM shop Manual however it doesn't specafy where to tap in to the engin oil system. Any ideas or coments are appreciated.
Contact the Studebaker Drivers Club or Studebaker International out in South Bend.
That color is awful! Makes those rims seem like plastic.
It is not a LeBaron Crown. The Crown is the lesser model.
The radiator cap is called a Moto Meter. I give Google all the credit, but I had to know! That's a beautiful car.
That's it! Thank you!
Wow that's a beautiful Model A. Great restoration. I envy the next owner.
Hi I’m in Whitman, I’m thinking of bidding, can I come look the car over in person???

Work of art😊
JUST SPECTACULAR 😊
great vid! I still miss my old silver 1993 Laser 1.8L 5-speed base model. Yeah, it was by no means fast! The Slow & the Furious! hahaha! But man alive it was still a hoot to drive and not sure about the other trim levels but the Base model I had was a quite smooth compliant comfortable suspension and WONDERFUL seat comfort. I would drive a short 6 hour trip and still be completely comfortable. Not the most fuel efficient, some of that was likely my lead foot at the time. But I still some 20 years later remember it only getting in the low 20's MPG's. So in a nutshell, it was a "sporty" car that was........slow.........and did not even beat 30 MPG. SO its no wonder they were not highly popular. But it was still FUN! And I mentioned to the wife some 5 years ago I still wish I had it back! And still do! HA!
Hey, you gotta have the E brake on to pop the rear deck.
Get that dang front license plate bracket off of there
Unfortunately front plates are required in Massachusetts but I don't disagree. I hate the look.
I have a ‘90 Seville w/40k miles. In ‘90 they switched the seats to the button tufting of the Elegante model. I wish mine had these seats with the horizontal bands.
I have a 2008 PT Cruiser with 23000 miles original owner. I love PT cruisers. I had a 2003 sedan and loved it too! Too bad they got a bad rap!
A beauty with a reasonable price.
does it sopposed to have a hood ornament
this is a 1.946 model!!! Not 1.947 Wrong información !!!
It actually IS a 1947 with a 1946 nose attached. We discovered this later after the video.
