Hey, thanks so much! Thanks for watching, I’m doing Eikthryrnir next! Painting starts today, but it takes a couple weeks to actually assemble a video. Very excited about this one!

@@marksminis Thats great, ill wait to do that one until i see yours. I just finished Son of Muspell. I primed it in yellow. Then used various red and orange speed paints over where I wanted the lava to look different. Then gave the entire horse and rider a drybrush of black giving the appearance of the lava being underneath the black. Then painted the horses mane, riders hair and flames of the sword white and used yellow, red and orange speed paint to give them flame effects.

Thanks for watching! Yes normally I show the bottle but these guys can have wild color variations so I wanted to leave open to choices of wild imagination. The next units are on the way and are good for recipes with specific colors. It’s a long journey we’re on, but we’re going to Speedpaint all of Ragnarok! On the way, we will grow and learn much 😎

Thanks! Yes, we have to go color by color, as some are too weak, some are too strong, and some are just right, right out of the bottle. Notice I use the really dark and heavy ones lower on the cloak, and underneath, as they are not catching any light anyway. The colors that are too light and thin, I let dry and either reapply the same color or darker one, depending on where it is on the cloak. Finish this project, in the interest of speed, I did not use any speedpaint medium. I probably could’ve used a little on the chest armor.

Hi Mike! Thanks for watching! The trade off with acrylics is they dry too fast. The whole idea behind the power of oil paints is they give you lots of time for blending. This wet-on-wet method doesn’t work well with acrylics. If you had lots of humidity and are really fast, it is possible.

Let Circe and her Wolves scoop up gems while Paris provides covering fire - take out Polyphemus and the Satyr Children fast and I have little punch thereafter.

Thanks for watching! I never deployed Dionysus, so I could never Recall. Note - When Dionysus does a Recall, he only gets back ONE Satyr Children Unit. Not all 3. Also, they don't Guard, and cannot Attack or Claim either. We have scheduled a rematch! Same armies, same Map! Can Zeus take me down on the next go? Hit the Bell Icon to make sure you don't miss it!

@@jugushes LoL I am always stressing on thumbnails! Rumor has it that creators will be allowed to post multiple thumbnails, and will use which ever works the best, that day cannot come soon enough! 😆 Yes, looking back my thumbnails seem to be a little loud. I am trying to find the sweet spot between standing out, and being overlooked.

Thanks for watching! Yes I have a fun way to do dry brushing, I dip the brush into Speedpaint medium, then tap into the desired color. The speed paint medium slows drying time, and improves the control of the dry brushing. It let you start lighter, and build up color more slowly. Also, those makeup brushes from Amazon are amazing! They are so soft, and come in a bunch of different useful shapes! The other dry brushes I see out there, seem to be two course.
