I've got a 2011 W204 C350 and I've owned it since 2015, on the whole it's been reliable but I did have a scare a few years ago when one of the VVT phasers went bad and stretched the chain

Change the oil every 2000 miles or the engine will not last more than 215k miles. It might not even get to 215k if you don't change the oil every 2000 miles.

I noticed at @2:30 you didnt clip the metal maf sensor clip. did you lose it?

i have x2 w204s : 08 - 193kmiles(replaced: esl motor, timing chain, exhaust cam adjuster gears, cam sensors-magnets, all o2 sensors, blower fan, thermostat twice, needs new cv axels next) and just picked up another 08 for $7.5k w/51k miles - it had a transfer case bad bearing - replaced all 4 bearing and now drives great.

I had a 2015 Yaris loaner like this car years ago from the local Toyota dealer in WA. The biggest surprise was when I checked the VIN plate on the driver side door pillar. It was made in France.

What problems does the car have to replace them?

Good little cheap A to B cars. L, LE, and SE where the trim levels. I'd drive this. Good on gas, cheap to fix, reliable. You can''t kill these. These sold very well. Now I'm not crazy about the LED conversion, prefer halogen, but they're fine.

The paint issue is not Toyota, it's a common problem with all white colors in other manufacturer's.

I would've stuck with Japanese plugs (NGK or Denso).

Just bought my 2010 350c V6 diesel estate with 60000 miles in the clock in England. I love it already, the torque is phenomenal and its a silent assassin in most situations. I have a 2005 c240 wagon with 248k on it and I am just changing the original spark plugs on the right hand side - I have an intermittent misfire on #1 - I have been working on German vehicles for about 30 years and I have to say you did yours correctly - I am a if it ain't broke I ain't fixing it type of a guy unless it's belts, batteries or tires. I expect to be driving this for another 2 years if not more. It's a great little car that you can pick up for cheap now a days that is sturdy and great in the snow or sand and gravel. If you still have it just get your parts on ebay or amazon as they are must better on your bank account. Cheers!

Wow this is my first time in a while stumbling across your channel. I remember finding you around 2022 shortly after I picked up my 2009 C350 with the AMG package identical spec to yours. Watching this made me miss my W204, the driving experience and the linear power band not to mention the styling It’s a handsome car especially clean examples. I sold it in 2023 and Although I only had it for about a year that car did provide that executive feeling.

Hi Uriel. I really enjoy watching your videos thanks (though I no longer have my E350 with same engine. I could not afford the repair costs.)! If I may suggest I highly recommend getting the service manual or similar to find the torque setting then torque accordingly. Electronic manual WIS on eBay is basically a virtual machine running on pc - not very to use but you can still find what you need. Or just google or post or mbworld Does the bar interfere with being able to remove the air box? Saw an Audi in driveway…gonna work on that ?

Nice vid. Does that mean faster tyre wear and more use of petrol? Would it also cause over steer on a front wheel drive now the car got more grip?
