Really been out here watching since the “learning a cheat gainer in 5 minutes” video. You’ve come mad far. 🎉
OG OUT HERE 👏
The standing btwist was sweet! Cant wait to see you btwist swing cork!
I bet you would gain subs if you started doing stuff just a bit more vlog style. A little more of a glimpse into your life. Like back when you accidentally put a hole in your wall and you walked us through fixing it. That was one of my favorite videos of yours😂😂
People are drawn in by your flips but they stay because of you and your personality!
Literally was just thinking that today haha 😂 definitely wouldn't just do straight vlogs but would like to add other stuff into the videos
Yoo! Awesome progress, man. Definitely inspirational to see you continue, and I might have to try some new things to catch onto that feeling lol. New year, new goals, right?
As far as doing a sideswipe snappier, other than lots of practice in both your sideswipe and your raiz (for the set) to build strength into the motion, my best tip would be to imagine you're trying to do it almost entirely without travelling. As opposed to doing a cheat step, if you almost try to replace one foot with the other, trying to stay in the same spot, it'll force your body to whip around a little faster because it forces your take-off to be quicker. You spend a split second in the air to help kind of rev up the flip before your second foot touches and you blast into the move, if that makes sense. Just be sure to keep it quick and not actually jump into the step; you still want it to be smooth. XD
As long as that back leg swings extra hard behind you (making sure you pull with your glute and drive your heel as hard and high as you can) and you stay on top of pulling the twist with your arms, it'll be real quick. It might feel even faster if you add a bit of a back arch into it as well to help throw your chest into the move and essentially use the heaviest part of your body to whip you around. However, this might also make it a bit awkward at first, and isn't completely necessary. It just allows for a greater range of motion and, like with a b-twist, that adds up to a lot of power. The main part is just your set and how much speed/power you enter the trick with in the first place.
Anyway, sorry for the huge message lol. Hopefully that helps a little. It helped me, and I love passing information I've gathered. Good luck, and may 2024 bring many victories.
Still love your videos bro keep it up
Appreciate the comment 🙃
Be cautious when flipping after a work out… my dad used to be able to backflip and he worked out then tried a flip and landed on his head
Connor, I know you have Cork swing Cork. Trust!!

What do you do to workout?
Do you lift and if so how much can you squat and deadlift
A little haha... I don't really workout to gain much muscle, mostly just do it to stay active. Just basic stuff like bench press, leg raise, etc.. and some runs throughout the week 👍🏻But to answer your question, not very much at all 😂
