A front splits flow and stretch is coming out this Saturday, and a shorter, front splits daily stretch will follow in about two weeks 🙂 Also, I think you will enjoy the Yin Yoga “Healthy Hips & Lower Back Love” class that is being released this Wednesday. I remember you mentioned you were keen on the classes with long-held stretches, so I hope you find this one beneficial!

    The energy is flowing after that one....shocker for core work towards the end, I need to work on that, I have lost some strength there.     What does yoga mean to me? It is a time to draw in to myself, set aside time to take heed of my needs for the day, an intention always set. It fills my cup so it can spill out to others throughout the day. With beautiful practices that you provide Sophie, there is something for everyone, self love, stretch, balance, care, movement and community. I always like the end when we sit up, crossed legs, eyes closed.....then we open our eyes to your smile and encouragement to spill our love to others. Namaste 🙏🏻🥰

    I started out like an ironing board as yesterday was quite a day for me. Now I feel like bendy Kate....thank you for bringing length, tension release and breath to all parts of the body. In hip flexor stretch and then walk both your hands around over your knee and skandasana to dropped hip, my IT bands and hips praise you for those 🙏🏻. Sophie the yoga healer 🥰

    Worked up a 'perspiration' with that one 😅. Fantastic, I felt strong and a warrior during practice. Felt good. Thank you for the tiger curl section 😉. Bless you, that will definitely help with my goal to be able to pull my leg through every single time....struggled on my left today, but I didn't have to drop to my right knee to make it easier, so it's improving 😊. I will schedule to repeat it again at least once a month, but will try for twice a month 🙏🏻 Feeling energised for my dance class now 🤸‍♀️🤸‍♀️⚡⚡💃. New routine and I think it's with canes 😮

      Hi Kate, this is a tough one and yes, a great one for building strength! I think I’ll have to create more of these types as they are good ‘medicine’ for us all! I love your determination with your tiger curl through to crescent lunge - you are so determined Kate and willing to learn and challenge yourself - it is a great quality to have and foster! I hope your dance class went well - working with canes is so fun! 🤩😄💕

    This was a brilliant class but much of it was beyond me, so I just made the best of a bad job. To get to half half the level of mobility in this class is where I aspire to be. I will use it as the benchmark. Thanks for showing many new moves Sophie.

      This is a tough class John - please remember a lot of the stretches in this one are from when I was a professional dancer, so while there are options for all levels, I don’t expect the majority of people to be doing the advanced options in it. I will make sure to keep the mobility and flexibility classes coming for you - when I am back from the USA I plan to do more short tutorials to support the classes so will make sure to do some mobility ones also. Lastly, I have a stretch class coming out tomorrow so you may like to do the one - let me know how you go with it. Sophie

    I feel amazing after that practice 💪. Sophie I think every muscle in my body was shown love, breath, stretch, relax, the bones got twists and the body got energy......this one is going to be added to my 'Good Ones' list for sure. 😍 Ps. I made tiger curl, pull through into high lunge in one go on both sides today 🎉. Thank you for your tips on how to achieve that 😊🙏🏻. Forever grateful ❤
