@Surtr, absolutely enjoying the game, had a nice base started much earlier but made a screw up and forgot to save when I had exited the game. So spent the past few hours speed running my way back to where I had gotten to. Also recommend that if you're making multiple items in the smelter and fabricator to hold shift+scroll the mouse wheel forward.

Just curious, did you find the hidden cave in the original game, it was where the first lake appears near where you start

I cant find the summon fragments, at least not all of them. I have the one in this video but the 2 at the research station dont seem to be there

Hey sir, another great video really like what you're doing with the base the way it looks, and everything can't wait to see what you do next in the new zones what trouble you will get into OOO and the new cars you get. was there a scooter thought I saw one don't want to see what the new base will look like in the new zones. If the devs are going to have plants and if you have their ear tell them to let you have seeds to grow Cotten so you can make cloth are there going to be crops in this game? that will be cool grow cotton to make cloth. For fabric, you can deconstruct the beds i the bases, also using the Skipper you can ram the drones to destroy them, the Skipper apparently takes no damage.

People are asking and I had trouble finding all the parts myself. So here it is. 4 parts. First is by the research station marker, the smaller bubble with one storage crate, on the ground. Second by the vehicle station (red cave). Above the entrance to the red cave there's a ship fragment to the left side, and the part is on the right side of the fragment on the ground. Two in the red cave. Third is just past where the cave opens up (past the first red mist area, you see a storage container below you). It's straight down and behind you, toward where you came in a nook with a explosive drone. The fragment is half buried in the red nodules. Fourth is also in the red cave, you'll find it on a metal platform going toward the ruined outpost in there.

u need to be less hectic... the 2nd spot u wanted to put the miner to, in the toxic zone, was leting u put it down, but swiped around so fast u didnt even see that it flashed blue for a fraction of a second... and the first u had it set up for a short time was Iron, so yes u can mine Iron with the deposit miners >_< and the deposits all look the same, so every grey with red is Iron, and the Copper ones are brownish going by the materials look ^^ also wait a minute... isnt the game released officialy now? why does it still say "Early Access" in the other areas? oO would think they flash that out atleast to a degree before fully releasing it... imagine u had gotten subnautica at launch and then when get to the islands or deep caves u had gotten a pop up saying "sorry nothing here yet, we are hard at work for it so keep eyes open for updates" ...

Thank you, I found it in the red cave but not where you found yours. Mine was before the first supply box on a ledge overhead. I also place an teleport where all those nickels are with an miner. I do like those teleporter. 😁

It's like Planet Crafter, except 1000% more unforgiving! I mean, props to you for not editing out your deaths... I managed to die the same way on my first try! :D

they need to stack the copper wire in 5 makes it easyer to collect when you out in space maybe try and suggest it to them if possible

since u talked about wanting to fill chests. in Theta 12, those blue "organic" asteroids are actually blue crystal asteroids. you can also find a nanite asteroid field in that warp zone, just go straight ahead, past the copper asteroid field, youll find a scrap field, look past that, to the right, behind a mega rock asteroid, and you'll find it

For, in my opinion, best deposits spot right now, go to the spot at 10:40 1 gold deposit (center), 1 copper deposit (right, the big red looking one), and 2 iron deposits (above and a little left) all right there next to each other. as far as i could tell, i couldnt find any silver, nickel, iridium, or nanite deposits anywhere.

Could you consider doing time stamps?

Sorry about the info on the upgrade module station, the vehicle docking bay was added after the prologue, and my info was from the prologue. Also, I found your last two miner scans. One is on the large quartz deposit where you found Ethan's keycard. The last is on the way from the warp gate to the yellow 'sulfur dome', where you found the sulfur and where the 'celestite' deposit is. That's the large purple tree-like thing we couldn't do anything with before the last update.

I swear to god, that red mist inside the red cave makes me want to vomit, i hate the color.. 🤮

OMG, you saved me! I had no idea those doors in the back of those derelicts could be opened. 24 fabric! Heck yes!! Thank you! As far as the large minable meteors, the only ones I found so far is iron, copper, gold, and quartz. I wonder if you were having issues with some of those because you weren't zoomed out or weren't rotating. It is quite finicky. Also, there is nothing minable in Theta-145 yet, but Theta-12 has 2 minable ores. The blue meteors are blue crystal and the red ones are Nanite. That's all I've seen so far that's minable/salvageable in Theta-12. Great game and great videos.

I haven’t gone through the warp gate yet! The miner seems to be very finicky about interacting with the ore sites, I need to try a few more. Love the T3 speed on the summons . . . it’s a hot rod now 😂 Most of today I was building my base . . . now to decorate! Love the videos and look forward to more ;>

If while you are floating in space. Use your scanner and it should show the deposit

13:48 That should be copper 23:37 There are a hand full of red asteroids mixed in with the copper. That's nanite and its the only place you can get it as far as I'm aware. See you next update

Sorry mate but my game has increased food and water consumption from the demo. massive increase. The first session i had was wasted on getting food and water, as i was burning through it like nothing else , 100 water after 4 erna nd 4 Copper asteroids.

One of the ball cages has nickel in it, another has gold.

In the prologue they didn't include the Docking Bay, just put the upgrade modules in the vehicle station. The huge purple tree-like thing in the yellow dome near the vertical station is a purple celestite growth. Scan it with your miner tool and it will tell you to use the miner on it. yields about 8-10 celestite.
