This means they can take money directly from your bank account, income or state tax refund, and place a lien on you personal assets. There are a few ways to respond to a notice like this and we will explore e...

THANK YOU SO MUCH
One of the better put together video on the subject. This makes everything clear with regard to home office. Could you do one on travel, for instance, traveling nurses or doctors who also operate single member s corp?
Is this middle class tax refund considered part of the earn income.?
Just got a letter for that same issue of being taxed on securities. They only got the sales price and not the cost price.
I am using the desk top version of TT. So here is my issue I work full time, wife does not (no W2 or 1099-just dividends) We file married/jointly. I had a dependent FSA for pre-school expenses. I put in $5000 I claimed the entire amount, so $0 left over. I understand why $5000 shows up on box 10 of W2. What I don't understand is why the entire amount shows as taxable on line 1e of my 1040? Form 2441 doesn't allow me to enter in anything. I can't put down the costs for pre-school or anything. So why does that entire $5000 show up as taxable now? Is it because my wife doesn't work? Last year she made just about $2k on a 1099 and that taxable amount on 1e was the difference of $5000 minus what she made. I just read your reply on the other comment: "This has to do with the fact that both spouses have to be employed to claim the credit. In the example shown both spouses are employed" I elect to have a dependent FSA for the tax break. But then when it comes time to file taxes, I have to add it back in there? So I am thoroughly confused now :)
do you have a video explaining thr lump sum option? i just got my payment in 2024, for 21,22,2023 and im a little confused, and the girl at turbo tax, her advice was just to follow the instructions lol ugh
Why did I get this letter I don’t understand
The county’s a trillion dollars in debt and they’re giving me hell for not paying them $1100
4:35 what if this is ones first time filing
Thank you sooooo much. Very very helpful
U made 40k n only get back 2k .... idk
How accurate is the irs oic pre qualifier website?. It shows that I can get approved and I've rechecked it multiple times. How accurate is it?
Wait so are you saying they only have 72 month payment options?
Thank you for this video!
What do I do if I accidentally filed my 2023 w2 for 2024 I'm panicking lol
If you have a mortgage you can readily look up interest payments in 1098. Just an FYI.
If you have multiple W2G for gambling winning, do I enter them individually? Or can I add them all up? Say you have 10 winning which is about $1200 each. Can I just add all 10 of them to sum up at 1$12,000 instead of individually entering each W2G? With that total can I take it times 24 percent to determine how much federal I’ll have to pay? Thanks!
Thanks it was hard finding it on my own
For 2024, it has already finished everything and I can't get to the page that you are on. All it shows me is Tax Home. How do I navigate to the place you are?
This helps so much I appreciate this❤
Thank you
So helpful! Just was I was looking for! :D
Hi My understanding is that only people in payment compliance have a q better chance? People that haven't been paying has minimum chances, i was recommended to start a payment agreement and then apply for offer of compromise after a year or so
Every person's case is different. If you would like us to go over your case to see what the best route is give us a call! 800-245-0596
@@eataxresolutions how much you charge for evaluation only ? I haven't been paying a cent since 2016 I don't really think I have a chance tbh

Curious about this too!
Anthony this option isn’t available for me when I sign in
We have an updated video! ua-cam.com/video/YtWS87H9KTA/v-deo.html Hope this helps
Thank you so much
I believe TT should have entered $6000 on line 8 (and line 16 in Part II). The line 9 would be $6000 (0+0+6000) and line 10 would be 1.000 (6000/6000). Line 11 and line 17 would then be $6000 (1.000 x 6000). Line 13 is correct but has an "*". I don't know if this would get flagged but seems like a pretty big error in the way TT created the 8606 form.
Thank you! Great video saved me a ton of time.
Glad it helped!
where to put meals and entertainment expenses in S-Corp and IF APPAREL BOUGHT can it be shown as supplies ? and get deductions ?
I just want to send my motorcycle to Puerto Rico I don’t want a business I brought a car in the US I live in Puerto Rico and I can’t ship it because I have no number. How do you work with this matter?

What happens if the tax payer is deceased? There is no executor or power of attorney.
Thank you for the information, I am just wondering if I can do it for this year annually? I didn't know that I could deduct the home office expenses on a S Corp, so I didn't do it monthly or quarterly, can I do it annually for this year and calculate all my home office expenses? next year I will do it quarterly.
The only bad thing about s corp is that your salary amount will dictate how much social security you will qualify for .
Your videos are very helpful. I followed your advices and I did send the IRS the response. Now, they replied to me again but they are asking to submit an updated schedule C. So, should I amend, 1040X, the schedule C?
How long to wait to receive your federal return?
damn that was helpful!
How about 1600 and they take 43% tax on a bonus is this a norm. In CA
Thanks
so we have a surplus of cash and can afford to not collect it?
Can I do standard deduction while I use an accountable plan? Can simply method be used for s Corp?
This was quite funny - thank you for the guide through the very complex Turbotax system. Whatever you didn't get right with the system, you made up with charm and smiles :)
thank u so much..
you will not qualify for CNCS if you have a job, it only is allowed when you are on ssi or ssdi and not working
What do we call meals and food from the bank statement
Bullish or bearish, AI stocks will still dominate 2024, even beyond. Why I prefer NVIDIA is that they are better placed to maintain long-term growth potential, and provide a platform for other AI companies. I know someone who has made more than 200% from NVIDIA. I'll also take these other recommendations you made.
I agree, just because the market presents opportunities doesn't mean we should rush in headfirst. For this reason, we should look for appropriate market analysis or guidance or seek advice from certified market strategists.
@@KennithsAbadies The issue is people have the "I want to do it myself mentality" but are not equipped enough for a crash and, hence get burnt. Ideally, advisors are reps for investing jobs, and at the first-hand encounter, my portfolio has yielded over 300% since 2020 just after the pandemic to date.
@@WaldronsSousas Can you share details of your advisor? I want to invest my increased cash flow in stocks and alternative assets to achieve financial goals.
@@NebiheVergara The beauty of MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY approach is her dual focus: while aggressively pursuing profit opportunities, she's equally tenacious about shielding investors from potential pitfalls. It's a balance few can achieve.
@@WaldronsSousas I appreciate this. After curiously searching her name online and reviewing her credentials, I'm quite impressed. I've contacted her as I could use all the help I can get.
I feel investors should focus on under-the-radar stocks, considering the current rollercoaster nature of the stock market, Because 35% of my $270k portfolio comprises plummeting stocks that were once revered. I don't know where to go here out of devastation.
The safest approach I feel to tackle it is to diversify investments. By spreading investments across different asset classes, like bonds, real estate, and international stocks, they can reduce the impact of a market meltdown.
@RobertsArthurs This is considerable! think you could suggest any professionals/advisors? I'm in dire need of proper portfolio allocation.
@RobertsArthurs Appreciate this recommendation, hopefully, I can get some insight into where the market is headed and strategies to beat the downtrend when I hear back from MARGARET MOLLI ALVEY.
You're a great teacher!
