Honda Rebel 1100 !
Honda Rebel 1100 review but this one happens to be a DCT model. My first time riding a DCT motorcycle and as a hard core manual transmission fan. I'm not sure what I'm going to think. Let me know your thoughts after watching. I'm curious to know if you guys think this should be more popular.

    Hopefully someone has been in my place. Only ever driven a dirt bike and not even a super fast one. Couple of buddies have bikes and they're telling me not to get a R7 because I'll get bored get an R6. Is this true or should I start on this bike anyways? Or is there something that's slightly better than this that would be considered a beginner bike?

    • @NostalgicMotorcycles
      @NostalgicMotorcycles 6 годин тому

      If your goal is to go 186+ miles an hour the r7 is not the bike for you. If you want to go as fast as possible as long as possible the R7 isn’t for you. If your timid and not sure if your able to handle a 600 and doubt your ability to learn before you try and go full send get an R7. No one can pick a bike for you bro. You have to learn yourself. The R7 is decent fun peppy bike and it can go 130-140. It’s more than enough for street riding. But if all your friends have 600/1000 you’re not going to be happy because you won’t fit in with the crowd. They will leave you behind on highway rides and your ego will know you don’t have the faster bike. I personally prefer the 600 I have no issues handling the power it’s more uncomfortable. More aggressive louder and a less pleasurable bike to ride slowly or on highways but I like that and have other bikes to pick from. But the R7 is a slower more comfortable ride 🤷🏽‍♂️.

      @@NostalgicMotorcycles I really appreciate your input! Not a small person have some experience so I'm thinking starting on a 600 wouldn't be a bad idea. I don't want to start on a 1000cc and die but also don't wanna be left behind on rides like you said. I'll start looking at some 600cc options. Do you have any recommendations. R6? Thank you again 🙏

    • @NostalgicMotorcycles
      @NostalgicMotorcycles 4 години тому

      Ya man no problem at all. They are all very similar. My honest feedback is the one you think looks the best. They are marginally different. Gsxr and cbr are a little more comfortable with easier power. R6 and zx6 seam to be a little more aggressive in power deliver and seating. Again marginal difference.

      The same way I said in the video. lol. Also please note this is the smallest cheapest cruiser option Indian sells. So when compared to the lineup this is the entry level option.(not the 101 specifically but the scout in general) yes rebel 300 are a 1/3 of the price but that's no comparison.

      Honestly about the same. New bikes will usually have a weird battery drain due to electronics. Among other electrical related things. They are all pretty solid mechanically. But I will say the best way to get the answer to this question is find the specific bike and look up on that brands forum. It will take a little reading but that’ll be the best.
