Victim blaming, double standards and misused feminist quote: kateharding.net/2010/04/24/cnn-makes-jaclyn-friedman-sound-like-a-victim-blamer-again/ Binge drinking is a serious issue for ALL genders and has nothing to do with third wave feminism (which has been going on for 20 years already).

Andrew Copson Kicks Ass On Newsnight
Переглядів 4,9 тис.14 років тому
Andrew Copson counters Benjamin Perl on Newsnight. Benjamin Perl is supporting the claim that a child should be rejected from a Jewish faith school because his mother is not deemed to be 'truly' Jewish. The mother is a convert to Judaism, married to a Jewish man and the whole family regularly attend synagogue. Benjamin Perl has said more than once that he is at the "cutting-edge of fighting ass...

Hanukah song (to the tune of 'Hey Ya')
How to treat others comes with the realization that they are humans first.
I'm sure the English are now proud of their past.
*British
And these were South Africans 😂
@@thomsboys77 That proves how intelligent you are

Pm modi or toyop edugan tum dono mohon das koromsad gandhi ko help koro or ukraine ko v koho.
Britishers beating brutally gandhi ji, but Gandhi faced that cruelty and abusive language of Britishers.faced all punishment. Britishers Gandhi ji ko cancer ka bimari lagane ka kosis kiye lekin fir bhi wo ladate rahe
A white man, like myself feels the same way. Being used by the church to fulfil silly objectives which have no return but, "thank you" by bad people. A cycle of self-defeating feel good bullshit.
Oh wow. I’ve loved this poem for years but some of the references alluded me! I was just reading about Rhodesia and finally made the connection that Ian Smith was the colonial leader in the 70s before independence and Salisbury was the capital. (of course the British would name the capital something dumb like that ) Zimbabwes’ independence movement must have been an important issue in left circles at the time. AFRICAN LIBERATION!
Wouldnt the Officer have ordered also his subordinates to remove the burning urn and confiscated the papers?
This scene made me sad
now thats a true warrior
Any one who wants to know what really happened when Gandhi burned those certificates should read the chapter Bornfire of Certificates in Gandhi`s book. Satyagraha in South Africa. There is no mention of any violence or aggression from police. The only mention of violence made by Gandhi in this chapter was a reference to an incident where one of his fellow Indians (Mir Alam) knocked Gandhi unconscious days before. Just another disgusting attempt of Richard Attenborough to fuel hatred against South Africa at the time that the movie was filmed. After reading a lot about Gandhi lately, I believe he too would have been very disappointed in Attenborough’s absolute dishonesty in this scene.
We need him today. We need voices like his standing up for our interests. But we don't. Today, black man gets a little money and he starts sounding like Kanye. We are fucked.
Non violent and Stubborn as hell !!! This Simple scene describes him very well 👍🏻
Many thanks from fighting Ukraine
Gandhi was a puppet that Britishers very cleverly planted and utilized nicely in India. Only thing gandhi aimed at was discouraging Indians from harming Britishers He has no problem with Indians getting butchered. One one act of gandhi was aimed at throwing Britain out of India. He was the most successful plant of Britain.
Duude this man got something fr
Sounds Irish to me.
Gandhi didn't contribute anything to the India, his contribution to India's freedom is zero, even because of him India got the independence very late and post independence India never grew potentially because of his decisions. Whatever I said might look harsh. However, truth is always bitter. India would have been a better place if he weren't born.
Erm... but how did he end up being the leader of independent India if he had nothing to do with that struggle? What you are saying does not seem to fit the facts.
@@Fatpie42 exactly. how could a man with no guns or official authority or title have the loyalty of the most number of people at that time if they had nothing they contributed to a cause?
Right method to protest in a democratic country. Such methods should be used in present day India as well. Though, free from british, but is still injustice in society. Strong oppresses weak. Law enforcement is not free from bias and unfairness.
I was among the Pro Palestine protesters in Philly. Every Saturday, we have this rally in NJ. Last week we went on the consumer strike against the system.
what is this?
You serious? Who hasn’t heard of Gandhi?

"Strength does not come from physical capacity but rather an indomitable will." - Mohandas Karamchand (Mahatma - The Great Soul) Gandhi .... who for all of us Indians will forever lovingly be remembered simply as "Bapu" (father) 🙏🏽🙏🏽🙏🏽
Movie name?
Gandhi
tell andrew i said hi
i fell in love with you and your fish
Who does this Kaffir think he is? Every one of his kind had to carry a pass with them at all times in South Africa, and this is still true today.
I beg your pardon?
The British will pay for their arrogance one day. Just watch....
Well I mean, apartheid was ended in South Africa (where this scene takes place) and India gained independence. Interestingly Gandhi reckoned Jews in Nazi Germany should try the same method, forgetting that your opponent needs some sense of shame for it to work. The British were appropriately ashamed and their rule in India came to an end as a result.
@@Fatpie42 Though in Gandhi's defense, he thought the germans wouldn't be secretly killing the Jews which was the policy as even they knew that they couldn't do it out in the open and needed plausible deniability.
Keep dreaming 😂
@@thomsboys77 ho hum....what a boring comeback......is that the best you can do?
What a legend !! It's unfortunate that the majority of the people haven't had to listen to him, particularly blacks

Vaccine Passports...❓❓❓
Voting ID???
@@Fatpie42 Voter ID is mandatory in India btw
@@caseclosed9342 The clip is actually set in South Africa, but there are areas of India that have suffered from serious corruption issues so in those circumstances I would say introducing voter ID was warranted. But where it is not warranted, I don't support ANY requirement for people to need to carry mandatory ID papers.
@@Fatpie42 i agree with you. Voter id should not be mandatory and only during election to vite.
But now it's worse....Biological markers on your body, can't burned

I’m so sick of the Israeli fascists IDing the Palestinians in Jerusalem, or in my cousin’s case, Tel Aviv.
Fundamentalists are demons.
Ghandi wanted Indians to be equal to whites. Blacks.....never
That's a bit of a stretch. He was arguing with a group who looked on people of colour in general as uncultured. He argued that Indians had a unique distinctive culture and should be considered above others for that reason. In the context of demanding Indian independence and the audience he was appealing to, his words make perfect sense. It doesn't mean he didn't want rights for all races. He was encouraging Jews to do his same nonviolent methods against Nazis (not realising how brutal and immune to shame the Nazi regime was).
BURN the COVID-VAX PASSPORTS ! The history repeats again./
I came here today because I remembered this scene and wanted to past it to the other page. ua-cam.com/video/X_6skkj0iEM/v-deo.html The ruling elites with the help of the media are trying to create the impression that fake vaccine licenses are illegal, while attempting to legitimize "real" ones (making it on-par with a drivers' license which it is not) and create a new discrimination class of unvaccinated coloreds (regardless of color). To all freedom loving people, all vaccine licenses are fake and legally void. This is a great movie and I plan to watch it again in its entirety.
Clearly a bad Irish accent 🤦♂️
FYI, the Indian actor in the red fez and white kurta is Amrish Puri, more famous in the West as Mola Ram from 'Temple Of Doom'.
