    All great but in the end stretch your neck back following the arch of the spine, eyes rolled all the way up. Cobra pose or bhujang aasan is also good for your thyroid glands .

    I have rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia. My feet hurt every day. All my toes hurt. Hands too. Wish there was a cure!

      You may want to focus more on diet. Try and focus on small goals. There may not be a cure but generally there are things that can be done that relieve some pain in most situations. Take care.

    I have fibromyalgia and osteoarthritis which started at the age of 38. For the past 12 years it's been nothing but pain with these bloody feet ❤

      Sorry to hear that. Im not a dr but I know diet can come into play with this as well. I focus on strengthening stabilizing and making feet more mobile and muscle and joint health in general

    "Will eventually hurt" Cute...I can do all 3. Yet, here I sit with my feet hurting to the point that I actually have them wrapped in sports tape just to get a little relief from the pain of arthritis and plantar fasciitis.

    Sleep on a pillow wedge. Put the peak of the wedge in your arm pit with your arm draped over the wedge. Adjust your pillows between your shoulder and neck as needed. No pressure on your shoulder at all.

    OK, but sleeping on the back part of my shoulder causes pain in my clavicle and sternum.... also, brests make it VERY difficult to maintain the upper arm in any position.

      In that case train specifically to run pain free, over the age of 20 that will include full range of motion exercise and the exercises and stretches that reverse out the effects of compression(Gravity and the impact of Running feedback compression into your joints) in your body. The most basic would be walking backwards, videos on that on my channel with more to come🙏🏽

    They’re not getting hurt while simply running laps though. People will always get hurt, regardless of how they train.

      If that’s the case, it’s still a training issue. If the athletes capacity is less than required for the sport, that is how they are injured. Intelligent training addresses this and gradually (With out pain) increases the athletes capacity until it’s far greater than the sport requires🤙🏽

      everything takes practice to make it into a habit. But you can do it. Have your partner wake you up or wake yourself up when you get into this position. If it hurts enough you'll stop doing it.

    Now UA-cam knows I'm a side sleeper lmao. Alternatively what I do is putting a small squishy pillow under my arm against my ribs. Then a bigger pile or stack of two under my head and the top of the shoulder. This way the weight is on my torso rather than my shoulder.

      I put another pillow behind my shoulder blades and lean towards it, almost as though I'm sleeping on my back, but still on my shoulder.

      We can troubleshoot your issue. Are you currently in pain? Sleeping on your side (shoulder) is not ideal

    Not all of them are actually a doctor though I have physical therapist and she's not really a doctor She does work with lots of clients to get their balance and all of stuff that they need and physio isn't Just other stuff as well!

      Are you saying that your height doesn’t allow you to touch the ground on an airplane seat? And also that you have severe inflammation in your legs after flying?

      @@sportbodyworkedu any type of transportation, my legs don't touch the ground and get swollen, I have really short legs to be fair, I can't touch the ground when I use a toilet either, I usually use my luggage to give me a platform to step on but it's not always effective
