First Month as an OFW ✨ | texas, apartment hunting, adulting & more 💕
It’s been a crazy journey starting a life across the globe. Started our life here with just 3 large luggages from home and now living at our place filling it slowly with furnitures and creating memories.
It was definitely not all rainbows! First month was filled of 3% excitement, 87% of not knowing what we’re doing & questioning why we’re here. 😅 But slowly but surely we were able to adjust and realize why we worked so hard to get here. We make sure not take anything for granted!
I hope you find inspiration and joy in watching this vlog!
Follow for more! 💕
Hi, my name is Drea! Im a physical therapist working in the outskirts of Texas, along with my boyfriend, Brandon. I share fun parts of my life to document and look back on when Im older. Also, I love making videos 💕
Hope you enjoy!

Lots of job here in Southern California for medical fields, electro-mechanical technicians and I.T. Just get a degree, certificate, or OJT. Buy a used car, cook your own food and avoid eating out. Find low crime rate area and get an apartment roommate if you are single. Wala pa akong nakitang Filipino homeless dito sa Riverside county.

    1. It's expensive because items are "imported" not exported. Why would you assume the cost of something in one country would be equivalent to the cost where you are coming from? "Cafeteria vs kiosk or food stall? ...know your terminologies! 2. Tips: Taxi rate includes a flat rate on top of the trip rate vs tip. Tips are not EXPECTED; it's your choice to show your gratitude for their service. 3. Most outlet stores in the US including Guam mostly sell lower end or low quality of the brand items. When a branded product fails quality control, these items are sold at outlet stores; and tagged with either the label being marked out or cut. The "biggest luggage" can only get you so far because over weight baggage will cost you a pretty penny. #4. There are Filipinos over the world. #5. Yes, take the exam as soon as you get there and then spend some time to relax. My advice before traveling to any country is to read up on it, current information and its history so you can appreciate all it has to offer, understand the culture and the people.

Hi, 🌻🌻🌻May I share the most important news you will ever hear? God the Father sent His holy Son Jesus Christ(Y'shua Ha' Mashiach) from heaven to earth, to be born of a virgin. He grew up and died on the cross for our sins. He was put into a tomb for 3 days, and then Abba Father raised Jesus to life and He appeared to people and went back to Heaven. We must all sincerely receive Jesus to be a true child of God. It says in John 1:12 "But as many as received him, to them gave he power to become the sons of God, even to them that believe on his name." Will you genuinely believe on Christ Jesus and truly receive Him today, before it is too late?

@@ronkevin8749 Hi, yes there are a few actually but with a price. The safest way is thru DIY and research along w/ your batchmates, which is what we did. And easiest will be with an agency since they do everything for you, some even pay for it and you pay them back when you are in the US. But the safest way where you have 100% control will be to do it DIY and tons of research! and yes it is super overwhelming and scary to decide everything on your own but its a lot scary when people from an agency who you dont know choose your future for you. So take your time, you are so young so do a lot of research on what u want, decide properly and then start the process. And gain experience too(the most important)! But to start, factspt.org is a good one. Its an international agency that you can your start research. Fsbpt website, youtube is one to start too.
