2.1 the word for "go" doesn't exist I say "Mahural mwesak" and got it wrong.. I mean it's also not wrong language is weird you can just use "up" or "down" to state the action of "going up" or "going down" and "carries" you made a typo eventhough mwelebte and mweselkani the same thing. if you say this you'll still be understood I observed and know that most verbs start with "m" or "mw" so I guess mwisib and mwesak could be verbs

it's about analyzing and a bit of guessing if you have background in linguistics language analysis or familiar with logical thinking and maybe mathematics. I think you could still figure out the meaning of the words

I got pretty close lol here is my answer A1) You haven't summoned the girl(wrong tense) A2) The pocket of the medic's companion will understand girl's deer(messed up butterfly and the pocket) A3) The boy's bird is covered in the gully(messed up gully with medic and wrong tense) so I don't know the word order makes it difficult

Arabic and farsi aren’t even from the same family. Farsi is more similar to urdu than arabic. And arabic is more similar to hebrew than farsi. Edit: It’s also much older than arabic even though at the same time overall it’s much more simple. One example not having masculine and feminine variations of the same word or phrase. One thing also even though this video is very accurate and informative it does not include that not only do we have a lot or arabic and turkish loan words. But the persian dialect farsi has a lot of french loan words.

I have a funny story about being in Shanghai. Im born in Canada and my first language is Shanghainese. So my and my boyfriend (who is white) were visitng shanghai, after a subway ride i lost/left my phone on a bench. We ended up calling my phone and anyoung couple was saw earlier actually picked it up and eas waiting for us to return. So sweet. But as the norm is mandarin and im not as fluent in madarin i asked if he spoke Shanghainese and he said yes. I started spouting perfect shanghainese to him (he kept responding in madarin though) the sweet couple ended up bringing my phone to me. He said "i almost had a heart attack when i heard a foreigner speak perfect shanghainese, i was so confused" it was funny :)

Thomi Sambhoti was sent to India by the Tibetan emperor Songtsen Gampo to study in India in the 7th century. It is history NOT LEGEND. TIBET IS CLOSER TO INDIA AND NOT CHINA! Our religion, and culture based on Buddhism comes from India NOT CHINA! Our script was based on Indian Gupta script of Nagari and Brahmic calligraphy NOT CHINESE. WE LOOK TO INDIA AS OUR SPIRITUAL HOME LAND NOT CHINA!

In this vocabulary presented here, there are predictable correspondences so it's not totally mutually unintelligible but just probably still very difficult like maybe how French and Spanish are- there's some mutual intelligibility but it's low, it's not like Spanish and Italian or Spanish and Portuguese where people can speak to each other if they speak slowly.

I'd love to see you talk about the connection between Wu languages like Shanghainese or I think its Wanzhou and Min languages like Fuzhounese and Hokkien and how Japanese took Kanji from China during the Tang Dynasty when this was how chinese was spoken in these areas. I speak Mandarin, do business with Taiwanese, know many Fuzhounese here in NYC, and now I'm learning Japanese and seeing the Kanji they took from Chinese seem to be pronounced just like Min and Wu Chinese.
