Dear Captain Father Time, Have you ever flown into Hong Kong Kai Tak (香港啟德) in 1980s and 1990s? It is really challenging. I wonder if this can be resurrected with an ATC talk.

Hi Father Time, how are you doing? So I missed a few recent videos due to being on vacation..............Your ATC program is very realistic, though I think your finding out the limitations of PC flying as you add more and more programs to your sim and start to see some buffering in the sim. Does this program inject the plane traffic as well as the radio traffic, very slick. Amazing what they can do with AI voice creation now.............There was something in FSX called Radar Vector which tried to do something very similar, but years back it wasn't up to this...............Brilliant new video Jeff, thanks and hope your keeping well and still enjoying your sim flying..............All the very best Dave.

Great video cap, i cant wait for you to get rid of the annoying lagproblems you got. With all that traffic injection it can really get laggy. I know its expensive to get it fixed, but i think its worth it. I guess it costs the same as new golfclubs and a golf membership at a club :D

Well done. I'm an old Caterpillar Tractor Co. retiree. Been out for fifteen years after working for company for 40 years. I'm seeing more flyers around our age. Very nice. I'm 73 myself. Live in Illinois. Been flying since 1993. Started with FS5.1. Come a long ways.

Just a note, traffic at this stage is only from/to your 2 airports. That's why you had little coms at cruise. Soon you will have on route traffic as well, with next major update.

I would get rid of the FSLTL injection and instead upgrade beyond atc to the collectors edition to get the traffic suite it’s a game changer in the air and on the ground as everything is coordinated you’ll see traffic in the air that you’ll be vectored round likewise when taxing, every flights like a busy Vatsim event it’s awesome.

You really need to check out Say Intentions for ATC. Uscripted and you just talk normally like the real thing. Works with VFR and IFR. acars is working too.

At 48:30, in order you want CPDLC and ACARS functionalities, you must copy your hoppie code on the EFB. And yes, during CTP, you will be able to LOGON oceanic dependency. Also, check RealACars software ( freeware). You will be able to get slots,preliminary, and final loadsheet, also send Airlines Comms such TO report , OBT, Connect Schedule, and more...

Hey cap, i love and watch all your videos. Just wanted to say something, maybe you like it this way, but most people like the legacy control system instead of lock system i think you are using. In accesibilty options - cockpit interaction you can put legacy mode and also disable the tooltips / instrument name tooltips so you dont get the annoying blue highlights when hovering over buttons that explains what the button does. But maybe you like it that way and thats also fine of course. Anyways, thanks for all the videos ❤ also great having you in the community and on vatsim. I think i heard you when i was taxing in copenhagen during the event 😊

Greetings from your Final Approach controller. Great to see the pilots perspective. As for the TWY W confusion at the end You did nothing wrong. The instruction was unclear or perhaps even incorrect. I do think you had virtual aircraft in your scenery as the one facing you on TWY A, which made it difficult to se what actual conflicts were there. BR Stephen Odgaard

I really appreciate that folks like you are willing to share your vast flight experience with flight simmers. I love learning about all this but no desire to actually fly (25+ years as software engineer, no point changing careers now!). I've been using BeyondATC since it came out in May, I have never spoken to it. I always use the menus because I know nothing of ATC except learning by osmosis and videos like this. I'm going to try talking to it tonight after seeing this experience. I have the traffic injector but I usually have to turn it off. I do a lot in Colombia (I just like the approaches, like RNP to 33 at SKMD), however the traffic injector will often just be non-stop talking. As if it was Atlanta or something, so much that I can't even get a request in.

Purchased this, but once I purchased Say Intentions that was it. I havent used BATC again. Im glad we have options. SI is more expensive, but drastically more advanced.

BTW u can use AI traffic if you bought the supporter version(go to option and select experimental version) and I have to say that they have done an amazing job on the traffic(although there are bugs but it is still in alpha)

The only thing is I don't hear other traffic. So I will wait until they get the traffic injected and I can hear that. But awesome program.

How did you adjust trim? On your yolk? Looks like you were touching the pointer pad.
