I've always been a fan of RE, but the franchise has serious issues and has been milked to death. Alan Wake is still young and only on its second entry, whereas RE started strong with 7, slipped with 8 and went back to remakes of actually good games. RE 4 is a great game, but it was what sent the franchise down the wrong path, with 5 being mediocre and 6 borderline forgettable. 7 was strong for a reboot, and then they fumbled the bag with vampires and werewolves. That said, I enjoyed 8 as a game, but it's blatantly obvious Capcom is lost when it comes to knowing what to do with Resident Evil moving forward. They're at a roadblock with very little entries to remake outside of resident evil 0 and code veronica, so they better focus on the future instead of cash grabs off the past.

Not surprising at all. Older women, esp in Japanese stuff doesn't happen. They must always be young, slim, attractive, and usually fair skinned. And they don't want the spotlight off Leon too. I could be wrong as Capcom is a bit better than most Japanese developers when it comes to stuff like this. But it's unlikely.

This will go down as one of the biggest trolls by Capcom if Jill valentine is relegated to side character in Resident Evil 9 after being one of the main characters in Resident Evil: Death Island.

I pray that Capcom gives Jill a worthy role, in Death Island she was good but did not shine, and taking into account that chronologically she has not appeared in a game for 14 years I think she deserves it.Also, what would be the point of the virus keeping her young and agile if it wasn't to explore her character more? I hope Capcom learns and doesn't do what it always does with female characters.

I think that's what their attentions were for re6 they just went a little overboard with it by putting too many campaigns into it the game would have been a lot better if they would have just focused on two different campaigns except for for this I feel like it's going to be more of a open world type of game well at least two an extent

Then they're probably going to use what happened to her as more of the scary Factor where she's probably going to have flashbacks or something that's what I feel like is happening they're trying to find that perfect ground for both audiences because a lot of people prefer the action than a lot of people prefer the scarier slow paced

Cuz I'm going to be honest with you if the game doesn't have a Perry system in it I'm going to be pissed I feel like that was the whole appealing thing with re4 remake I loved the Perry system was just very well made and that would just not fill right in a more of a scarier type of resident evil more of like a setting of re2 to me I think that would be the perfect idea to be able to bring both audience into one game

What I think is happening is two different campaigns playing from two different perspectives they said they found that magical formula I feel like that is playing as Leon more of an action-based campaign and then playing as Jill it's going to be more of a scarier type of campaign I think they're trying to be able to please both audiences people that like the more action-based games than the people who like the scary versions so you're basically getting both versions in one game

I literally stopped paying attention to any rumors, but if you’re making a video about it, then I would love to know what the person actually said to get better context. Leon Kennedy seems to be the Hollywood Hogan of this NWO because it seems that Capcom are contractually bound to feature this fictional Leon Kennedy in everything. Chris Redfield seems to be the Kevin Nash/Scott Steiner of the group. Notice he even has his own dog themed splinter group called hound wolf or something representing the wolf back. L O L I wouldn’t be surprised if Chris Redfield and Barry Burton had some back team Level experience before joining like the Steiner Brothers. Then we come to Albert Wester. Although he might be canonically dead, this is the world of resident evil where people can come back from the dead, just like the giant came back after falling from the top of the building on the same night, and we were never Explain. I've been a gamer since the days of the bbc acorn computer almost 45 years...Alien isolation is in my top 5 games I've ever played and I've played a hell of alot. I like many people of the time looked straight at the review score from ign and gave it a miss until a couple of years after release. A criminally underrating review and is the reason I never paid any attention to IGN reviews since....shame on them !!

Noy only does it take longer to get to the village in the remake, and him being put on fire right when you get there, but he police officer was also taken before Leon even encountered his first infected villager, as he was taken when he went for a piss, and Leon waited a bit in the car before looking for him, so the timeline of it all makes a lot more sense. So belive the devs were aware of this contunity error, witch is why they fixed it in the remake

I really like mia, I don't think shes straight up evil, she clearly doesn't want innocent people to be hurt from her dialogue at the start of the game about her mission to contain eveline to protect the population, and her warning to baker family about eveline, as well as demanding ethan leave when she meets him again. We don't have the backstory behind why she accepted the role to act as eveline's parent in her transport, but there's no evidence in the game to suggest she was actually an active researcher that worked on eveline's creation or anything beyond just a 'caretaker' (despite what the wiki says). The only in game file that shows mia with other connection members, depicts her in her normal clothes among other researchers in labcoats which to me doesnt suggest she aided in the development for eveline. People seem to love ada's character and to me mia is much much more on the moral end of the compass than ada, yet I don't see a lot of hate on ada for being 'absolutely evil' like a lot of people are saying in the comments. If you want someone to hate in re7 hate lucas, he is by far the most evil character in the game.

Played this game and finished it on my switch exactly a year ago today a couple months after I bought the og ps2 version and played that copy to completion. I really loved this game and it introduced me to multiple ps2 and ps1 series’s, i can’t even play many modern games anymore bc i loved the tank controls so much. (Sorry this was so long)

This honestly isn’t a very straightforward tutorial. If you aren’t autistic, there are a few dots to connect. You can’t use the infinite rocket launcher to get S+, so you need to unlock the Chicago sweeper during your professional playthrough, and in order to do that you need to play though the first part of the game without any upgraded weapons.

Blacktail=fast, accurate, and deadly(only .3 less damage than red9)

First Playtrough in Standard in second play, half way in Veteran + 20% off rocket launcher, i sold everything i could buy infinite rocketlauncher for 1.600.000 at start of the Castle where you have to collect the three heads. Played rocket launcher only since then, next run on Professional 3:50 😂😂😂
