Dear sir, i purchased you subscription on 15 may, on 12th june I upgraded my pack from 1000 quota to 3000 quota per month. Today is 16 june , i should have got 3000 quote for this month. But its saying my quota exhaust, and you website not working now. My 500 students were writing test on you portal at same time, but your website crashed, its showing something else
