These Two Mid Lengths Are About To Increase Your Wave Count And Ability
I was very fortunate to have access to the world first review of Kale Brock Designs two new med lengths. I was very sceptical about mid lengths and had doubts about wether or not I would enjoy surfing them. However, I am happy to say that this experience has changed this...in a good way!

Not only does this board allow you to surf hard in micro waves and catch any wave you want with ease. This board is also the perfect choice for a beginner level surfer who is progressing to an intermediate level who still wants paddling to be easy and the comfort of a soft foamie layer, but wants the ability to turn harder and faster. @mickfanningsoftboards Follow us on Instagram ...

nice one 🤙 already can’t wait for tomorrow’s session 😎
Great video
I love my 5'6 perfect for East Coast FL surf!🤙🏼
Gotta mention your weight, height and board dims bra
We are waiting for his boards in Tenerife 👌🏼
Hey that is some of the best speed generation on a small flat wave that i have ever seen. It is different to pumping though and is more like tick tacking on a skate board. How do i do this? I have tried so many times while surfing and cant seem to get it right, i can pump though. But when the waves are flat and i try to tick tack i just cant seem to get it right. Do you have any advice?
Actual tick tacking on surfboard is more for flatter sections, getting it rail to rail, here it looks like tick tacking because the wave is so small but you should focusing on lifting your weight from the board upwards to the upper part of the wave taking the board with you and going down again by putting weight back in, how to do that it's explained in the video, part of the explanation is throwing arms/body forwards. So if you are thinking about tick tacking and it's front side on a right, tick right up the wave, tack left down the wave. At least that's what I know and understand. Hope it helps.
Both ripping on them!

This is the funniest thing I’ve seen this week, maybe this month and perhaps even this year!
😍😍
Do the boards come with the party waves and high fives as I take off?! Just kidding, those boards look really awesome.
Yes they do
Looks good
💪
As a beginner, I prefer stormies. Firstly, getting out the back beyond the turmoil feels like a real achievement. And on my 9ft foamie, I catch one wave from the back and the slop and white water just keeps reforming into short left or right waves all the way into the shore. It becomes a long wild fun ride. And then you just repeat until you are totally out of gas.
Wouldn't the plasmic album be in the top 4?
Has the potential to change lives, as its target market is the beginner surfer - this really resonates with me. I’m keen to get one as my first board. Do you think it has good longevity? Seeing as your surf school company uses this board for lessons I thought you’d be the right person to ask. Does it get dents, dings and scratches or bubbling easily? Reviews of (other brand) soft foam beginner boards have some negative reviews about that
I'm a fan of ho hum surf, honestly,… it's what I surf.
💥
How this compare to a seaside ?
This video is so nice 🎉. Surfing is my biggest dream, but I live in Azerbaijan and I can't buy a surfboard anywhere because of it. If you have another surfboard, can you give it to me as a gift? 🙂
You can pop up and stand in one lesson but consistently being able to it takes a long time
how tall are you and about qhat do you weigh? I'm thinking about getting the 5'8 and running a quad fin set up. What your fin set up?
@Salty_Ocean I'm 5'9 and 75kg. The 5'6 was good for me, the extra volume compared to what I would usually want (30l) makes it a even better groveller
@@TheSurfersJourney is this the 5´8 39L or 5´6 35L?
Wearing your goggles? Sike, but nah, you tought me that the longer the board might be better for beginner's because i want to get my son a 7fter
I thought your shirt was wack
Which country are you filming in?

Thanks that’s awesome I get to Urbn wave pool a bit and ride my Evo or recently an RNF fish Keen on a rad ripper Thanks so much
@garylugg9860 awesome mate, so much fun. I'm selling my 5'7 if you're keen?
But you didnt explain to us why it is your favourite wave pool board. What attributes make this so? Thanks
@garylugg9860 Hey good point. For the same reasons I really like it as a smaller wave performance board. - Forgiving but still fast - Maintained speed in the pool - Electric when you want - Paddles well I have found some other boards struggle to maintain speed and don't feel very lively.
Great review / terrible board.
Hey, awesome video. What length is this Black Panda? Im really intersted in the board, also, have you ever tried a mini simmons? If so how do they compare? Thank you so much!
@Salty_Ocean this one is a 5'6, it's unreal. I haven't tried the Mini Simmons yet, but highly recommend the black panda.
@thesurfersjourney One more thing if you don't mind, how tall are you and about qhat do you weigh? I'm thinking about getting the 5'8 and running a quad fin set up. What your fin set up? Guess that's more than one thing, sorry 🤣🤙
@@Salty_Ocean did you get the 5´8?
@@jpvl07 decided on the 5'6 , 39 liters at 22 inches wide just seemed so bulky and round. I'm 6'3 so it's gonna be a little tough on a 5'6 but I think I'll manage🤙 I'll update you as soon as I get it and can use it. Just got slammed by hurricane Milton.
What area is this? Do you do lessons year-round?
@richfrye7091 South Australia Rich, and yes we do. Great boards the MF Softboards. 👏

Good to see at the end she was standing up a bit straight and relaxed 🏄🏻♀️
@dominicadalton6585 That was the goal and she nailed it 👏
How would you compare this to the inferno 72 for small wave surfing like this?
surfing video content is amazing, anyone know the song artist, total works its fire!?
😛
How does it compare to the album plasmic?
Most of all, I envy this empty sea.
I've been rising an 8'0" bestie for a few years now and love it. I've gotten really consistent on it.
Board looks easy to ride. I just wish it wasn't so pricey.
🔥That carve at about 1:20.... YEW! Looking so good Ryan!
Goals to aim for 😃
This or a baked potato sized the same????
Man how did you do that 360! Wanna learn
