Eahora- DO NOT BUY - Frauds against free speech
We have been having issues with Eahora for a while now...now they are paying/persuading ebike reviewers on youtube to delete negative comments to make it look like the bike is perfect.
I'll be pinning a comment below with all the ebike reviewers you should not trust ad they are against free speech and only care about making commission.
not on my watch.

Eahora warranty / Eahora fraud
Переглядів 2914 місяці тому
We purchased this Eahora romeo 2 directly from eahora and they simply refuse to follow their own warranty policies If any of these vidoes even save one person from making the mistake of buying from them it will all be worth it. We shoudnt have to worry about if a company will do what they say on their website. it should just happen without you having to fight for it.
Eahora romeo nightmare - UPDATE-
Переглядів 2,4 тис.4 місяці тому
Eahora finally sent us a replacement clutch gear as they said that will fix the issue with the bike not working. We just paid $250 CAD to a bike shop to fix the bike with the new clutch gear and it still DOES NOT work. ontop of that eahora still has not given all the parts they promised us. they still have not sent us the rear fender, break pads, and 280$ refund they promised.
Eahora ebikes - They are frauds - heres why.

Eahora sent us 2 defective ebikes almost 3 weeks ago. since then trying to get them to fix the issues have been a nightmare. they finally agreed to send us a replacement clutch motor, rear fender, break pads and refund 280$. great right? not so fast...they went back on their word and all we received is a clutch motor. Eahora romeo 2 ebike - DO NOT BUY
Переглядів 7 тис.5 місяців тому
This is a warning for everyone who is considering to buy an ebike from Eahora. We tested this bike for a distributor who was about to purchase these bikes to resell in their stores. the distributer has since decided not to purchase these bikes due to the following issues: 1- The bike was defective right out of the box (front motor not working, broken rear fender, paint issues etc) 2- the bike a...
Пас на нуле, во многом вы сами виноваты, читайте бараны инструкция внимательно и подключайте проводку по знакам бараны
They are awful. Went through a nightmare with them. Also I want to point out that they changed their seller's name on Amazon to get rid of all their bad reviews. You know just how an honest company does
straight up frauds. i feel sorry for those who are foolish enough to trust ebike reviewers pushing eahora as a premium ebike company.
Hey i just wanted you to know im glad you are exposing these crooks. I have Eahora in a bad spot with Amazon. Eahora straight up lied on Amazon and claimed my complaint froze thier store on Amazon which they did not. So not only is Amazon considering refunding the bike but now they are going to be looking in to the sales from them and how they do people.
Call your bank if your under a year you should be able to get your money back especially if it showed up defective
do you solve the problem??? are u ok now?
unfortunately there is no solution to the problem. eahora refuses to acknowledge it.
eahora company is very bad...
This bike was on my radar. theres no way, now. thanks for killing my dream :P
my bad for killing tour dream, but your welcome for saving your wallet :P
I had the exact same issue with mine. They told me to connect the front motor wire to the rear motor and see if the rear motor spins. It didn’t. All I got was an error code. I reconnected the motors and tried the front motor and it seems to work fine now for 50 miles it’s worth a shot. Hope this helps anyone.
I had sum defective e-scooter before its all random .
Junk out of the box
That company seems to love to shoot themselves in the foot, bad reviews, junk bikes out of the box then refuse to back up their products?! And I had this bike on my short list!
glad you didnt end up wasting your money!
This is known as the Chinese Junk Product Scam I posted on this about them years back They use a bot messaging system an will also generate fake tracking numbers will also ship to an address which is do not exist to claim there are delivery attempts. Thank you for sharing Mine was the Version 1.0 and it as missing so many bolts or had broken bolts an the motor was clicking the first out of the box experience. With amazon however If you know how to work the A-Z returns you get your money back Call amazon do not reply to he seller bot explain to amazon this is a bot from the seller not a real person. Emails i bet the messages were like Contacted the engineers to find a solution then send you a video of how to remove the hub motor disassemble then install the motor core on a bike which is not even your model bike. The contacts for the battery are not water proof an are exposed to the elements which will short out then catch on fire. The bottom crank bracket is where the controller is located The chain gets jammed into the frame and the crank arm then you need a tool to remove the 2 piece crank from the bike to get the chain unstuck by which until you do that your bike can no be ridden. Seat is pure shit like siting on hard bare metal The front fork is not pre-loaded with suspension it is only a spring on the right side the left side is empty an hollow What arrived in the box was not what as the advertised product. Lesson to everyone Purchase in store local in a brick an mortar where you an see the product in person then return to the local business for support and refunds. Avoid these drop shipping scams only purchase locally
Nothing like spending $1800 for nothing but aggravation and poor performance
Nothing but a nightmare to deal with, I could’ve stuck my finger in a light socket and got a better ride out of it! My bike has not worked properly since I got it, I think they need to pick their bike up and bring it to the bike shop and bring it back to me fixed. Why is this my responsibility to repair my brand new bicycle ! I would not do business here again, no way
Don’t buy from Spacewalk either, they ghosted me after my purchase and a month later have not shipped my bike. Im having to dispute the charge now with my bank:( not sure if Im out $1k now
why will you buy a chinese made product when they don’t care about after service after getting your money!
Almost every product we have is made from China shut up and educate your ignorant self
Dude you lied it’s not new it’s used 111 km I saw maybe it was a return from Amazon ! lol
it was 111 when i made this video yes. but not when i got the bike moron. we bought it directly from eahora's website.
@@letsreview-2024 well, you should edited the computer screen then, you should have disclosed that then because the way it’ was portrayed the bikes in parts like it just got out the box with 111 km on it… Anyway it’s Chinese and most there stuff is 3rd rated
@@EdK-mi6 not really i never said the current state of 111km was how i got it. you just assumed, not responsible for your assumptions. seems like you are the only one having issues with following a simple video.
I’m having problems my bike defective at 40 miles been 3 months now they won’t send shipping labels to send it back I would never buy or recommend EAHORA, lied to credit card company, sent a shipping label for 7 lbs telling amazon they waiting on return to credit me meanwhile I can’t send back with t that label , now they saying give them another chance the parts will be in end of August, I bought bike in may are you kidding me they fraud s worst people out there
Thanks for posting, you could spare someone else a major headache! Hope it gets resolved! I went through VW diesel recall, really sucks
This is common with Chinese e-bikes. I had a Gosen Q7 with the same service. Just buy domestic. You may not get the 10,000w motors, but at least it’ll work and will be serviced.
What bikes are domestic?
@@corvettelifejones8625 In Canada, we have Norco. There are other lesser known companies as well. Most popular bike brands have their own electric bikes.
@@gunstargizmo ok where are all the components made, most likely still China
@@corvettelifejones8625 I’m sure some of the parts that go into a domestic automobile are from China, but that’s not where it’s made or who you have to call when there’s a problem. Also, Norco does manufacture their own frames. The fact that their bikes aren’t built using cheap labour is why they’re many times more expensive.
@@gunstargizmo who's talking about cars? Don't care what cars do. Basically like I said everything is from China except a few frames that they charge an excessive amount of money because they assemble it themselves.
I bought a Ziegar Boom bike, I really love it for the price point! They delivered so fast it was like dealing with a bike shop 👍
Problem is, they are all Chinese and we all know Chinese products are garbage. They are on another continent and they know it. So their intentions are obvious.....sell with ZERO accountability. At the very least, if you buy it from a real store, the store should have some agreement to warranty service what they sell. But then again it's obvious that the Chinese don't give a shit about them either. If I were you I would be on every single youtube, Facebook posting/video that has anything to do with Eahora. I mean come on....look at some of these names they come up with. Maybe their cat walks across the keyboard and that's the name these companies come up with....
This the only bad review I see on the bike maybe you got a bad one! Compared to everyone else's reviews they love this bike
your blind then goofy, look at all the comments on my channel. the only people woh say the bike is good is those offering promo codes as well who earn commission by lying and saying the bike is good.
I do recommend that Eahora is frauded. I lost $2000 from Amazon, never buy an ebike online, buy from a local shop...
I now am ready to toss my ebike to trash dump. They had stopped to help me. My ebike has had nothing but issues and now they won't contact me back.
That just put me off buying one thanks for the info 👍
Was looking at these bikes. Almost bought one except I have seen too many stories like yours. Thank you for sharing. I will not be doing business with this company.
Get the bigniu bgx bigniu Tom is great gets right back to you and great bike
That's a mangosteen/eahora product as well, reseller bignui bumps up a base model and does fantastic job, turns an decent 1000w ebike with a cool frame into a kick a$$ 1500w! Bignui is ligit and WILL get back to you about any question you ask on their product. Don't give up, keep trying to get what you want done up right and remember really awesome things are both worth working for and waiting for!
Do you have experience with ANiioki bikes?
yeah, better than eahora but its still a Chinese company so dont expect good customer service. ive run into less customers facing issues with Aniioki
it sounds like a wiring issue.
any suggestions? weve done everything. rewired it, changed the clutch gear still doesnt work.
I just got one and its coming this week, i saw 4.4 stars on amazon. Now i am seeing all these videos and comments. I just hope its not a lemon i need it for work
their own website in canada has 1-2 star rating on the eahora roemeo bikes. the american website seems to be flooded with fake reviews. best of luck though!
@letsreview-2024 thank you. If it doesn't work, imma just send it back in and talk to the BBB. See what they will do. Wish I would have seen these videos before making my decision
@@Kevinr3197 make sure you record the unboxing to, because if something happened to the bike during shipping they will blame you saying you broke it afterwards. you might get lucky and get a proper bike a few people have no issues with their bikes.
Do you plan on parting this bike out?
probably not, we'll do a rebuild over the winter and fix it up for next summer with new controllers, and motors. the frame and battery are still usable.
Please remember the romeo, aniioki and wallke e-bike's companies they are very disgusting and fraudulent customer services. Please never buy these bikes

Have you sold this already or do you plan to part it out?
i will sell it just havent had the time, its just sitting in storage
@letsreview-2024 let me know if you want to get tide of it. Where are you located?
@@jasonwiniarz4511 toronto, canada.
Damn! I'm only watching your vids because I was sold on buying one, but not now. Thanks for the dodge!
I recently ordered a Romeo Pro II so I'm getting nervous about the quality. I have 2 other Eahora bikes, a Romeo Pro and a Cupid and haven't had a problem in 500 miles except 2 flats off-roading.
good luck! thats all i can say.
what exactly is wrong with it?
front motor does not work, it arrived with a broken fender, and bad break pads.
@@letsreview-2024 damn bro just ordered mine 2 days ago we'll see how it goes
What a shame, guess I will look for a different bike! Thanks for sharing this! God Speed.
Glad I saw this video, I was going to get it but after seeing this and reading other people's issues I guess I will look for a different bike! Thank you!
Thanks for the info. Is there any problem with purchasing this product in China or on Aliexpress?
unsure. but all the bikes come out of the same factory so your chances of getting a lemon is high no matter way you buy it from.
@@letsreview-2024ok thanks
Sorry to hear the problem your having,i was considering this bike saving for it.Thanks to you you saved me the trouble and headaches.Cheers
I just got the Eahora FT 01 formerly the Rooder Mangosteen? Anyways Eahora must have some deal with them they've added a more powerful motor (gearless) with a 40a controller and an extra 10 ah for the battery bringing it to 30 ah. I lucked out I guess because everything was good and the bike is fast 40 mph for a 48 v bike with awesome brakes. No info on settings at all to be found though. Before this I suffered through a Sondors Mad Mod talk about scammers lol. Hope these fools do right by you.
A lot of videos with problems with these when they’re new
yup eahora doesnt take quality control and CS seriously.
Was about to buy this bike because of the range and power and it looks amazing. But from what I’m seeing in my research is there’s a 50/50 chance of getting a lemon for a bike and I’m not sure I want to gamble that..
more like 80% chance you'll end up with a lemon. notice how 90% of the youtubers who are giving this bike positive reviews have their own eahora promo code? they make commission. eahora sends them bikes that have gone through a higher level of quality control.
@@letsreview-2024 true, I’ve seen even more bad reviews recently. I’m 100% NOT buying this bike. I’m going with the Graffiti X in November
I am going through very similiar issues with my eahora romeo pro 2.....It has been nothing but an error fest and the customer service...lol....
I keep seeing that users are having issues with thes style bikes specially. Have you heard about any issues with the m1p/pro? Or m1ps?
I have the companion model, the Juliet. Had it for 7 months and it's been great. Had to change the rear tire tube and do a brake bleed (normal bike maintenance) but no other issues. Still getting 150km average per charge.
Was seriously considering this but now I'm dement never buying from this brand. Honestly a shame because the Romeo 2 Pro in green looked really amazing. Oh well!
Hall sensor problem. the controller cannot understand the position of the rotor relative to the hall sensors. but it doesn't give you an error code because it's very likely that a single control unit manages both engines. If you try to turn the wheel by hand and at the same time operate the engine using the accelerator, what happens? Does it stall or spin?try disconnecting the motor power connector AND there is a 9 pin connector. Three pins power the copper windings and the others are: positive, negative and one for each hall sensor. plus white. But it may not be there because in the double motor only one motor reads the speed. With a tester you could try to see if there is continuity between the sensors and the engine side connector.
i believe the bike has 2 separate controllers- according to their website.
