You did an amazing job on this home. From end to end your eye for detail is off the charts! You make me want that back yard with all my heart. The way the pond looks like it came straight out of a mountain top preserve. The person that said you added too many large stones, hasn’t had the pleasure of see natural wilderness waterways like this. I have seen places in the wilderness where the water does pool up in places along a stream. Always has a lot of large rocks in those places. I really do enjoy watching your artful intelligence you display.

There seems to be way too much rocks. People unsteady on their feet would not feel comfortable walking inside there.

This is the best pond I have ever seen.

I’m about to do something similar in New York. I’m ripping out my in-ground pool and tying it into my existing pond and wetlands. I notice you filled in the pool area with fill. Was that done for access? In my case I think I may have to fill everything in and start from scratch. On a side note….Aquascape’s corporate is very reluctant to support my project. They tell me the scope of my rec pond is not even close to a DIY project. I think it’s close to 60,000 gallons when complete.
