Why this Design element is the MOST important!

We installed this welcoming waterfall at my house with a little help from my three-year-old, Matthias, and it turned out amazing! I actually struggled with this design and tossed the location of the feature back and forth in my mind for a while. But I then remembered the most important part of the design, the view from inside. While we spend a lot of time outdoors we are shut in our houses for much of the year. So with that in mind we designed this waterfall with the view from the kitchen sink as the deciding factor for where to face our waterfalls. It also acts as a great little welcoming feature as it sits beside out main entry!
