👍👍🏻👍🏼👍🏽👍🏾👍🏿
Thanks!! 🤜🤛
Your backyard is just gorgeous! So nice to have a cute space by the lake! You are making it so cozy for your tools!
Thanks!! 😊 Haha, more like a retention pond but lake sounds nicer! I DO like having it back there even if it's small. It's been working great so far!!
Ok I gotta admit that is a pretty nice fan. A like and a comment should have those ads popping up on my YT feed and everywhere else. Maybe I’ll catch a sale 😂
Haha that's so true! Like I said, it's kind of expensive but so far it's really been worth it!!
I ended up getting something from IG also. This fan looks pretty cool. Haven’t seen one that was battery powered or one with a light. The spaceship fan light seems very useful. You are so ready for sponsorships make sure to also sign up for Brand Connect through UA-cam.
Oh my gosh, that is a keeper for sure! 😮
We've used it a ton!! It's my new favorite!
Hahaha, kool
Thanks!! 🤜🤛
Just watched Rugged Mountain Mister’s video. Tell him well done. 👍🏼👍🏼.
Haha, he read it himself!! Thanks!! 🤜🤛
She did a greatjob!!
Thank you!! 😊 She can hold her own in a camp ground!! 😀
It is called the 3 second for ease of setup.🤠
Ya, extreme exaggeration to prove a point!! It actually is the quickest to put up out of all of our tents!
Like the way this all gets connected. Easy.and my day going good.
We're still using it and still love it!!
@@DMSAdventures have me subscribed herenow
@alvinfrancis6212 Awesome!! Thanks for coming along with us!
😂thou shall not pass! I love the “Life is good” song! So nice to have a pool while you camp! Glad everything is working well in the heat! A fire sounds awful in the heat! Sad about no sexy burger b- roll 😂! Happy belated Father’s Day!
I LOVE that song too! I was itching to use it!! The kids surely love the pool! I've never been much of a swimmer! The heat can really be a killer on electronics. Hey I just picked up an osmo pocket 3!! Looking forward to using it!
@@DMSAdventures Awesome, I’m noticing some slightly pixeled uploads, let me know how your Osmo works!
The amphitheater would be a lovely wedding venue. Love the tie dye tshirts
Ya it would! Intimate and nature-ee! Those were in our latest DMS clothes haul at the beginning of the year!!
I just got mine and cannot pull down that rod to lock it. Maybe mine is a manufacturing defect or this product just sucks
We're lucky, we haven't had any problems with that.
Glad you guys got out. Love the skit about how everyone is not really camping 😂. I agree with RMM about the music. Lots of running space there. For Rosalie I told I give her one freebie edit and the rest she’ll have to edit.
Ya that's the general consensus on the music! So Mister's "version" of this trip is coming out next week. He shot the whole thing! Editing it was a challenge! I got 4 minutes out of his 2 hours of footage!! 🤣
@@DMSAdventures Oh wow! Can’t wait to see it.
My guess is they don’t care
Rugged Mountain Mister agrees with you!!
Rocky Mountain sister was cracking me up about it being really hot! Quite the conversation at McDonald’s! Glad the solar power worked out for you in the really hot weather! And glad you survived the really hot weather!
😁 ya that was her creative contribution to the video! Oh my word!! That lady did NOT stop talking the entire time she was in there. And she only had one volume! Luckily nighttime was actually comfortable so sleeping wasn't an issue! Thanks for watching!!
Always love seeing you all out and about! They have a couple small hikes there that is nice. Esecially the one that is by the lake! I need to try camping there sometime.
Thanks Tonya! Ya I really wanted to do a hike of some kind but just didn't have the time!!
Leaving the peak hubs down while positioning the fly might work better.
Yes, it could be. I know that's how you do it on the gazelle T8!
"Running outta rhymes"......not a chance. You're a poet and dont know it! 👍👍
Haha thanks! Sometimes they come easy sometimes it's a struggle!!
They combed the beach... and you missed an opportunity for a Space Balls reference...... for shame..... lol.
Oh my goodness you're right!.... That's the last straw!! I quit! I'm losing my soul to UA-cam!! 🤣
I fail to understand why they assume everyone wants to hear it! Noone cares about the other anymore!
What a pretty park, where is it! Haha, love the Olympics. I didn't realize there were so many different parks here! So happy to visit, Thanks! 😊 I think people are inconsiderate of others, shut down the noise,
It's about halfway to Clifty falls east of 65/Crothersville. Ya it was pretty annoying!
No white noise needed, but I do overheat easily. 1) Hike/camp along/near water - mist from waterfalls are especially nice 2) Use Frogg Toggs Chilly Pads (mini or regular size) Refresh as needed in the nearby water 3) Get your feet wet. Heat seems more bearable when I can get my feet and legs wet with water crossings. 4) Take a swim/dip before bed. Rinse the sweat off and cool down your core temperature. 5) If the night air is hot when trying to sleep, use a chilly pad either on the back of your neck on on your chest.
Great suggestions doc!! Waterfall mist would be spectacular!! Not sure of I'm aware of frogg togg chilly pads!
@@DMSAdventures cooling towels made by the same company that makes those inexpensive ultralight rain jackets. Typical $2 for the mini chilly pads. Easy to get new ones each summer.
@Doc_Watson awesome!! Thanks for the info!! 🤜🤛
Old video, but just found it. Great video and feedback! Really appreciate the info, since I was basically on exactly the same path. I actually got a pair of Disc-o-Beds for my kids (and wife) but when they got here, they were indeed unwieldly heavy and time consuming to setup. Returned them and I ended up getting a Helinox Cot One for me, since I'm north of 200lbs and wanted reliable stability, but I figured I could cheap out a bit for my kids and got 3 of these. I got a Woods one too (From Canadian Tire, up here in the great white north) but it looks literally to be exactly the same materials and construction with different colours and twice the price, so I'm planning to take it back and get another Go2Gether!
You'll be happy to know that even though this is an older video, we are still using these cots regularly and they are holding up! We had one rivet come out and I was able to stick a screw in its place. These are much faster than the disco beds. Especially to tear down. I found one at Walmart though that uses a zipper and is even faster though! Hey thanks for watching and commenting!! 🤜🤛
I don’t know how you guys survived this past summer, it was super hot. I’m back to UA-cam World after a week of VidSummit. You would have loved it. Air conditioning is way better than just a regular fan. And these other fans are an upgrade than the box fam we have at our house. The white noise will cover the scary sounds of the woods.
Ya I saw on IG and Facebook you were there! I bet it was awesome. A whole conference full of UA-cam nerds!!! 🤓 We were not out very often at all... Especially for us! Fall is coming so I hope to get out more. Even though it's super busy!
@@DMSAdventures A few days of just talking UA-cam Stats, gear, and strategy. So fun. Plus I love making new friends.
Names in the video description would make searching these tents easier, thanks for the info :)
Good point!! Thank you!! 🤜 🤛
Keeping a tent cool after the summer we just had was definitely a challenge!
You're not kidding!!! It was rough!!
White noise is a must
I sleep even worse without white noise... which is saying something!!
Yep, need noise every night! Those are beautiful fans!
Thanks! I used to listen to music going to sleep!
Same issue I have. I want the loud fan... not the silent ones. Great choices and pretty much the same ones we use.
They're so hard to find!! No one advertises "SUPER LOUD FAN!!!" Oh well!
Thanks for taking us along. Leonard Springs Loop looks great!
And thank YOU for watching! It's a great little day hike!!
I love my T8 tent!
We do too!!! 🤜🤛
Beautiful area 👍👍
It sure is!! Wish it was our back yard!!
I’m going to have to find that place We are close to Bloomington
Oh ya, it's a great day hike for sure. Don't even need to bring anything. It's a great gear test for your camera setup too!!
Great to see you all back on trail! Been a tough season with this heat.
Thanks!! It sure has! Time has been an issue, too. I'm hoping for some nice Fall trips!! 🤞
I have been researching cases and that magnet mount. We are always on the same page on geek tech.
Haha for sure! I'm not sure I'm liking the mount for the S23 - Flow. It works but it's not super strong and you can't balance it properly.
@@DMSAdventures that was my fear. And trying to find a case that has the alignment magnet
Great video tho
Was hoping it would’ve been closer to FTW.
Haha ya sorry. I'm not familiar with any trails up there. Western and Southern Indiana is where it's at for hiking!
What a lovely park and your video was beautiful! So nice to see rugged mountain mama this time! Glad you checked it out! 😊
Ya it was a pretty cool little hike! Especially in the heat, standing under the waterfall would be refreshing! Thanks for telling us about it!!
Awwe, you're welcome, I keep looking!
Nice job!
Thanks! 😊 It's nice having some power down there!
Beautiful! Thanks for sharing🥰
Thanks! Every Saturday at 8:00 😀 Till I run out of things to post!
Good morning my friends! That cave probably has a scary animal there. I agree, it was super hot this past summer. You need a sponsorship with all your gear. The double fanny pack is an ultimate Dad move that I’m jealous of. I like the hike, vlog, and review format. Good to see the whole family out and about. Looks like you lost the family to water. Rugged Mountain Granny for the win.
Hey Carl!! I'm sure a vicious rodent of some sort takes up residence there!! I've been getting ALOT of requests for collaboration! Are ANY of them for hiking or camping gear? NO! I've said no to all of them! It's gotten a little irritating. They're not fanny packs Carl.... they're hip-belt pouches!! 😉 Yup it was a rare sighting of Rugged Mountain Momma! It took us 2 or 3 months to get to it but we finally made it out there and it was nice!
@@DMSAdventures LOL. I need to get a “hip belt pouch’ myself 😃
I love doing the local hikes! Looks like a pretty one. This one Oklahoma bathroom we went in had over a dozen black widow spiders. 😬 Bros a geography quiz master.
Ya Indiana's central west and the south half have a lot of pretty cool trails... for Indiana. Normally everyone thinks "cornfields". That's the northern half. Ummm, no thanks in the black widows! That would keep me out too!! Ya RMm had a pretty darn good memory... its just getting him to FOCUS!!!
@@DMSAdventures Maybe martial arts? That helped our kids focus when they were younger.
I need one i can stand up in.
This is not the tent for you then. I believe they have a larger model that you MIGHT be able to stand up in depending on your height.
👍👍
🤜🤛
White wire into the wego. Say that ten times real fast while on camera.
Haha I don't need to make it any more difficult for myself! I already have to do multiple takes all the time!! 🙄
@@DMSAdventures lol. I loved the end where RMM was “struggling” with the big item and you just cruised by with something small.
@Treyamigos Haha, THAT was RMS's idea!!
Surprised your bank didn’t find your card for fraud with all your Amazon purchases. We have siding on our house and the angles mess up any installation without a separate wedge. So cool that now they are prefit. RMS might be Force Sensitive with her left handed washer catch. Our Shed is a disaster because of dumb squirrels who even eat through metal. So I’m jealous of all your upgrades. Success!
Haha no they are used to seeing way to many Amazon purchases so it isn't out of the ordinary! Ya those shaped boxes were FANtastic! It's her MAGNETIC personality that helped her vatch it!! 😉 We had raccoons that literally chewed up THROUGH the floor of the shed at our previous house!!! So far the whole shed power system has operated flawlessly!!
The amount of work and research you did for this series is impressive. And then twice as much work filming it. Very well done. Now you just need a wifi extender and you can upload from the shed too.
Thanks tony!! 🤜 🤛 Ya my enjoyment of the project was the only thing that kept me motivated to film it! Most times I would have rather just gone and worked! Actually I DO get decent signal down there. The shunt and the charge controller are Bluetooth only so I can't check on things from the house. Victron has products to help with that but they are $$$$$$.
Super!!!! 😊
Thanks!! 😊
Go with dyneema cordage. Grab it from china. Its cheap
Ya I thought about that. I just didn't see it cheap!
